Very very delayed response, even exchange time is very high, I am waiting for my for my exchange from last 8 hours, and no one replies from customer support as well.... Very bad

The wallet itself is good but the USDT network takes forever to confirm a send. Waiting for 12h and still 0 confirmations. Wish could raise sender fee to make quicker. Sometimes freezes @ PIN screen buy not all the time

The worst app I've ever used. I spent about 5 hours waiting till my incoming transaction confirmed and already is waiting the entire day to send the coins from this wallet. I'm not sure what happens on the backend but the transactions just do not confirm. I hope I'll get my coins back because I have a solid amount in there.

Tethers sole job was to try and maintain a 1:1 ratio between USD and USDT. They're falling behind that so I thought I would get maybe $45 USDT for $50USD. When I saw I only get $27.xx USDT for $50USD, I exited. You lose $23 off the bat for the $50 investment. Unless you double and triple your investment every transaction, you're literally throwing $$$ away.

Huge rip off. Pay $1.81 for a coin worth $1. This is a glorified money market fund used for buying other coins and automatically lose nearly half your investment is amazing that anyone would ever buy these ever.
