Beyond frustrations..... horrible fix it what seems to be the issue two more voicemails no return phone calls how can this place stay in business. We pay for a service and its been 2 months still can't fix it ugh

Will not let me log in. Doesn't recognize my registered email. I have to go thru website. Husband downloaded an (apparently) older version and it works GREAT. He logs in under his usernane and password. It DOES not ask for his email. FIX THIS VERSION. IT SUCKS!!!
