I used the mobile app to deposit a check i clicked the send button but i didn't get a confirmation. I wasn't sure my deposit went through so i deposited the check again. When i checked my deposit history, i noticed that there was a duplication. There should only be one check deposited. They should fix their app.

After updating to official Android 7.0, app crashes every time I attempt to take a picture of a check to deposit.

This is probably the hardest registration as far as online and the app, that I have ever had to deal with.

Remote deposit didn't really work for me, which is a key feature. The rest is good though.

Forget bill pay or camera deposit. Doesn't work on Note 3. We'll fix it someday I'm told.

Easy to set up

The problem with remote deposit is that it doesn't allow you to manually set the camera focus point. So the endorsement on back is always blurry because the focus point is set to the middle. Fix this please...

For the past few moths now the bill payer feature hasnt worked on both my iphone and now my samsung. I hope its fixed soon.

Has a hard time reading endorsements. Take over 20+ pi picture of the back before it goes through.

Junk app. Obviously not tested on Samsung Galaxy. Remote check deposit photo records 'front' photo to 'back' image, then never allows more than one photo. Doesn't display (incorrectly) recorded check photo in landscape. Remote deposit is broken, what use is the app?

Maybe that's a slight hyperbole but only slight! I moved to Rock Island, IL. (what was I thinking? Oh yeah - grandkids :-) Anyway, the nearest CU Service Center is 50 miles. The online check deposit doesn't work with my Mac. Without this app I'd have to leave NGFCU. I won't! Now that's love...

I find it impossible to take a focused picture on my DroidX for check deposit. Probably tried 100 times. I can see the image go thru the focal point, but it over compensates or something and I can't even figure out how to fake it out. I would REALLY like for this to work!

Never leave home without it and never use pc to check bal again.

This app fails to remote deposit checks from my Galaxy S3 or my wife's Stratosphere. It worked on both prior to upgrades.
