O evento Poder Empreendedor - Guarulhos tem como propósito fortalecer o arranjo produtivo local, as relações entre empreendedores e, principalmente, a crença de que cada pessoa pode realizar coisas incríveis e que cada feito pode mudar o mundo.

O tempo todo, bem perto de nós, acontecem histórias fascinantes que simplesmente desconhecemos. Guarulhos é uma cidade fantástica, cenário de grandes empreendimentos e, claro, notáveis empreendedores. Pessoas que fazem diferença na vida de outras, que ousam sonhar grande e se comprometem para tornar ideias realidade. O Poder Empreendedor - Guarulhos tem o objetivo de identificar essas histórias inspiradoras e dar a empresários da cidade o acesso a elas e seus protagonistas. Aproximar quem chegou lá de quem está a caminho e sente que pode muito mais. Humanizar o empreendedor de sucesso e descobrir suas motivações, um pouco de sua trajetória e os segredos que o levaram à grande virada.

O Poder Empreendedor - Guarulhos é um evento que combina informação e testemunhos sobre empresários e empresárias que construíram resultados fora de série e a chance de fazer perguntas a eles; oportunidade de conhecer e estreitar laços com empreendedores da região; e, após o evento, a disseminação de conteúdos de negócios relacionados aos conceitos e ideias discutidos a partir das histórias dos mentores e das perguntas dos participantes.


Como funciona

Antes do evento, nos canais do Poder Empreendedor - Guarulhos (redes sociais, veículos da Carleto Comunicação, etc.) serão veiculadas informações sobre os palestrantes, sua trajetória, curiosidades, números e indicadores de seus negócios. Também é enviada previamente para todos os inscritos a relação de participantes do evento, para que cada empreendedor já chegue sabendo quem vai encontrar por lá e possa planejar suas conexões.

O evento é dividido em três partes. Na primeira, com duração de uma hora, é feita uma dinâmica de network por meio da qual os participantes vão se relacionar uns com os outros. Este momento será conduzido pela organização do evento para que se obtenha encontros de valor, sempre lembrando que o empreendedor é, antes de tudo, uma pessoa, e que muitas vezes a melhor forma de gerar negócios é através do relacionamento genuinamente criado por laços de afinidade.

Após este primeiro momento de network, os mentores do evento (geralmente dois empreendedores de reconhecido sucesso), fazem uma rápida palestra, entre 15 e 20 minutos cada, compartilhando um pouco de sua história. Logo após, durante uma hora, o público faz perguntas para os mentores. Em seguida, acontece o coquetel, nova oportunidade para troca de cartões e interação com os outros empreendedores.

Nas semanas que se seguem após o evento, os participantes continuarão a receber materiais relacionados ao conteúdo produzido a partir das falas e respostas dos mentores, como resumos dos assuntos abordados, vídeos, leituras e links vinculados aos pontos mais importantes. The Entrepreneur Power event - Guarulhos aims to strengthen the local productive arrangement, the relationship between entrepreneurs and especially the belief that each person can accomplish amazing things and that each made can change the world.

How it works

Before the event, the Entrepreneur of the power channels - Guarulhos (social networks, Carleto communication vehicles, etc.) information about the speakers will be transmitted, its history, trivia, figures and indicators of their business. It is also previously sent to all subscribers the list of participants of the event, so that each entrepreneur arrive already knowing who will find there and can plan their connections.

The event is divided into three parts. At first, lasting one hour, it is made of a dynamic network by which participants will be related with each other. After this first time to network, the event mentors (usually two entrepreneurs recognized success), make a quick lecture, between 15 and 20 minutes each, sharing a bit of its history. Soon after, for an hour, the audience asks questions for mentors. Then it happens the cocktail, new opportunity to exchange cards and interaction with other entrepreneurs.

In the weeks that follow after the event, participants will continue to receive materials related to the content produced from the speeches and responses of mentors, such as summaries of subjects covered, videos, readings and links related to the most important points.
