In the year 1953 Shastriji Maharaj Shri Dharmajivandasji Swami started a press in Gurukul Rajkot and started the benevolent act of printing the scriptures of the Swaminarayan faith. Since then Swaminarayan Guruku Rajkot has published 197 publications. Bhagwan Swaminarayan’s Vachnamrutams, scriptures composed by Nand Santos, and those published by Das Santos provide us with solace. These solve our spiritual and social dilemmas. Reading of these scriptures brings peace to individuals and families alike. In this age of smart phones and tablets Swaminarayan Gurukul Rajkot by the wish of Guru Maharaj Shri Devkrushnadasji Swami would like to publish “Satsang Books” application to the App Store on November 26, 2014 the day of Vachanamrut Jayanti. This application will provide an ocean of readable scriptures for everyone.

Jay Swaminarayan, Thanks for creating this "Satsang Book" application to bring Vachanamrut, Kirtano, Bhaktachintamani and many other spiritual books of our Swaminarayan Sampraday at the fingertips. Application is very easy to use with good reading fonts and sharpness. With indexing it is easy to go the chapter you are interested in. However, if can be grouped into G.P, Sarangpur, Kariyani, Loya etc. Then it would be even much quick to find the chapter. For android app, I can do copy operation. But while I try to paste into search field, it shows garbled texts. Can this be fixed? So, that I can search the text (for example "Mahima" in Gujarati) easily. Otherwise, this is a wonderful app. Thanks for putting all the efforts. - Sohil Virani
