Love it. I was about to fill the potholes next to my driveway myself. Thought I would give this a try first. All I had to do was take a picture of each of them, give the location and within 11 hours they were filed! Now I am not worried my suspension is going to break every time I pull in the driveway. Five stars. Well played Grand Rapids.

It's been more than 2 months (as of the end of 8/11) since the cityn has updated the status of any of there case #

I don't like that all of the images in the app for individual reports are stored in the Gallery on the phone. Major Fail.

So far so good. I like the idea of being able to tell the city where and with a picture they are needed. HTC incredible 2.2

Mlive ran an article about its convenience, but it doesn't work. Fails to login as reporter. Fail is an accurate description of this app.
