Breaking News Network for Android
I went from Apple to Samsung s 7 and the app does not work correctly you don't automatically get alerts and you can't delete all at once you have to delete each alert separately.
I am unable to see updates or a settings icon. I simply have a blank screen for each tab.
Why aren't alerts allowed as default notification? It's tied to default ring tones? This makes no sense
Great app, but very unhappy with incompatabilities that won't let you change settings with Android 6. It's been over a year-it should have been addressed by now.
Not able to be a member or login for notification ..though downloaded the app..
Love the app , but when reporting an incident if the bnn desk sends you a message with a question you can't reply to the message ...
Can't send in jobs only viewing the incidents that's been paged by other dispatchers and or desk.
No button for settings or to send alert
No button for settings or to send alert
BNN gets nearly all emergencies in nyc and major ones nationwide!
I have a note 4 and I can't dispatch from.the mobile app, there is no button for it.
For over a year. To delete an incident I have to log out and in so it goes away. If certain applications update I no longer get notifications and have to reinstall BNN. BNN knows of issues for over a year!
Great app for first responders, law enforcement and fire fighter around the world
BNN gets nearly all major emergencies in NYC quickly, however there has been times where incorrect info has been released and some minor app issues, Overall the quick pages including the map feature is Prime!
World class app. BNN doing it right as always
Having chat problems before, hopefully reinstalling it will fix it.
Love the app , but when reporting an incident if the bnn desk sends you a message with a question you can't reply to the message ...
Great App
I'm a long-time subscriber to BNN, and their service is great. However, the app isn't as efficient as getting the incidents over your phone via text messaging. The idea of getting your jobs like a "beeper," with a tone going off and the job appearing on your screen, seems to be missing. You have to essentially 'refresh' the app to bring up jobs. Otherwise, it's like refreshing the 'Drudge Report' during the day to get the latest headlines. Some people may like that, if they don't respond or act on a job coming in, and just want to know what's going on. But it's not good for me. The other thing is the inability to delete individual jobs from your screen. I've been told that the only way to delete one specific job (as opposed to all of them you receive over a period of time, i.e. "delete all") is to delete it on the screen, then log out from the app, and boot it back up again. Really not worth the effort for just one job. The ability to send and view pictures of incidents is not all that important to me, as I can see them by logging into the BNN service and view them there. With that, I will be reverting back to getting my incidents over the phone as text messages.
Why not make an andriod widget. =D
You must be kidding.
Lacks capability to submit incidents. Does not account for the S5 's key functionality.
They want $58 just to start then $9 a month. A little pricey for something you can find elsewhere for FREE!
An absolute must for any member or BNN subscriber no pager device needed. Real time incidents with mapping and photos of the incidents when available. Most used app on my phone. Awesome for any Fire Enthusiast.
Great work. Works great on my Tbolt.
I love this app and BNN!
Great job guys
No other app can compare
Awesome
For some reason my app doesn't update on it's own.. i have to go in and refresh.
Works great jus which it would give which precinct the incident is in
This is fast and the media is great
The only thing I don't like is the internet must always be on in order to get updates. Unlike text messinging services.
They market it under a FREE app then after you download you have to fill out billing address and all sorts of crap!
Awesome. Best app
I have seen users on iOS have use of the chat tab. When will Android users be able to use chat?
Terrific Great job guys!! Pics looks great on my Droid Charge.

The BNN App has limited features when used with the Android 6.0 Marshmallow operating system. It has no settings feature or no way to refresh postings as compared to the app running on Android 5.0. The app needs modifications to be fully functional on Android 6.0. Thanks
