I purchased this product because it appeared to be easy to use and it had a good price point. And if it actually worked it would be pretty easy to use. However, it would not allow me access to many of the sections, things kept disappearing, both before and during my conference. But the worst was the service delivery. Incompetent staff that blames the customer for every issue. When I asked the President and CEO for a partial refund, he offered me 50% off my next instance of the app. Lol. As if.
