Good looks, concise layout, minimal demand on system resources. It just needs to be able to link to Business Calendar to be excellent. Also, minor quibbles, but the background gradient could use some work, and could you possibly move the current info block up a wee bit and add a tiny next alarm line on the bottom.

Hold on a big empty space. Touch widget on pop up menu. Select the widget, set theme and C or F temp. Really simple to set up. One quick source for info
