I purchased this app after a friend shared it with me on her Mac. Unfortunately, it is completely non-functional on my Android phone. I am unable to download the files (as far as I can tell), when attempting to play I get the error "Can't Play Video" which I assume is because they aren't downloaded, and after 3 emails to their support staff using the email provided in the app....I've had ZERO response after nearly 2 weeks. About to ask for a refund if I don't get any response or help!!

The videos won't play, and when I asked the company that makes this app via email to help me get it working, they didn't even respond. If I could give this product a 0/5 I would, but I guess 1's going to have to do.

I downloaded the free version onto my Blackberry a couple of years ago and LOVED it so I was really excited to find it again when I updated to a new phone but sadly it won't work. I want the free version back! this sucks!

Loved this as a free app on my iPhone but it wouldn't transfer to android so was pleased to see app here and was happy to pay for it. However, video doesn't work and says audio not compatible. Contacted support, but surprise surprise, no response. When it works, it's a great app. Will make me wary to purchase any app in future.
