Cartoon Photo Effect

Tbh I'm just giving it five stars cause it told me if I rated it 5 stars I would get the cartoon effects. Which is the ONLY reason I downloaded this app. In the first place. So far it does not what it says it would do. Which is the cartoon effect only if you rate it 5 stars! Seriously?!

Crashed on me because of all the ads which are LOUD. Never got to see if it works. Couldn't be assed to try again

Misleading... Thought it was gonna turn it into a cartoon but didn't do anybody know a really good cartoon app

it sucks, I can do all the stuff that is on this app with my filters on instagram,I was not impressed

It doesn't look anything like the picture all it does is make it back and white or just putts lines on your picture

It didn't really give me cartoon but it did get me like a drawing looking picture and I loved that even more then cartoon.
