YouthFed Tomorrows Leaders is an exciting tool that can be used for young people to develop employability skills through better knowledge and understanding. Learning is a about 'doing' and this App allows a young person to interact with their own portal to learn, develop and share employability skills understanding. When used in conjunction with employers, the YouthFed Tomorrows Leaders can also support the application process for positions of employment. Allowing young people to collect evidence, understand learning and develop a transferable range of skills, the App ensures that young people and employers are better linked through positive communication and understanding.
