traveline south & east

Was good but now it's inaccurate. Tracking doesn't work anymore, 'due' buses just sit on the screen for a minute then vanish and never turn up in the real world!

Not correct bus times anymore! And lately I thought four times that a bus had left early when in fact it doesn't go my route anymore. The bus that does go here now isn't listed. Plus one time it was a school bus so they wouldn't let me on.

This is totally buggered now that the clocks have gone forward. DO NOT TRUST THIS APP. Use "Traveline GB" app instead. It seems to be okay.

Was an excellent app. Now since you messed about with it it doesn't work. Cannot go from my location to another just starts from London.

Might be great if it worked but it freezes every time I search for a bus time.

Such a pity as it looks to be a great improvement if only it worked

Promising start, but gets no further than suggested routes. How do I get the route details? Oh well. Back to the excellent web version.

Still refuses users to search for a location.Very sad.

Used to be excellent. Now it rarely works at all. Moral: if it ain't broke, don't fix it.

Absolutely crab

Had a problem getting it to work (searching for places to set up a journey) so contacted the developers. They got back to me very quickly and had sorted out the problem in two days - fabulous service. It now works really well!

Cannot even search without app freezing.. No good if you can't even enter a journey.. Uninstalling... Useless

Invaluable to National Bus Pass users.

I can't even call this "the worst app I've ever used" because it freezes when I try to use it. Awful. Please fix it. Galaxy S4 Mini

Never failed me

No option for cycling as on website, and using google maps , doesn't give the detail or the ability to down load a PDF version of map, which was a boon on website. Will try for a little longer, but may uninstall. Pity.

This is the most comprehensive and easiest to use travel planning app I've used. *Regular Updates, Great Support*

Seems really useful and gives easy access to bus info in our area. It would be great to find arrival times more easily on stops on a route which has been selected in case it's better to get off a bus earlier.

I really like this app. It is very easy to use, and quite useful. What would be nice is if you could save a particular route so that you don't have to search for it again in future. Otherwise great!

Better than the traveline uk app!

Other apps know my position, this app thinks I am miles away! It can't find half the roads I enter.

It's probably asking a bit much to expect it to always give perfect information when trying to collate so many different routes and companies but the app did great for me. The map showed the individual stops I needed and allowed me to find the next buses from that stop and it seemed accurate enough which was incredibly helpful. Thanks and great job.

I know there's a route from my home to the local hospital. It doesn't.

I am used to using the SE traveline website and I find this a good mobile counterpart. The wide area of coverage is particularly useful and it seems to be quicker than its competitors.

when i put in my local bus stops and it finds them fine, apparently though theres no journeys at ANY time of the day. even if its the middle of the daytime! yet i'll go on the website and put in the same details, and lo and behold, lots of journeys!

Not working

It's pretty dim and inept. The fact there was a bus stop across the road or in a different bay at the bus station meant no journeys were found. Fer goodness sake give me a page to enter a bus number, get the timetable and I work things out for myself. I needed to specify the exact stop on a map to get a result.

It does what I need it for

Keeps crashing.

Shame the app is unusable on Note 4. It's quick to display different start times but won't then display an individual journey no matter how many times you try to select one. So disappointing. Uninstalled.

Instead of multiple memory hogging localised apps, this is the only one you need. Can be steered to complete rationality by entering POIs or door to door postcodes, and by tinkering with walking time. The nationwide capability added in last upgrade is a huge bonus, easily overlooked considering the title 'Traveline S & E'. The developers deserve encouragement. Hopefully further improvements will be made incrementally. Despite a few wrinkles, 5*s on account of the solid relational logic behind the UI.

This is the most comprehensive and easiest to use travel planning app I've used.

Tried to use nearby stops function, almost brings the map up and the crashes back to the menu. Almost laughable that the send us feedback link does not work!
