UPDATED AND REGRADED . Finally after a huge amount of negative & downgraded reviews we have the updated app that actually works with Marshmellow. So far all sems ok and works just like it used. Returned it to a 4* rating which is what I gave it previously.

Now it's finally working on Android 6.1 marshmallow. Thank you for fixing the problem.

They aren't interested to fix the bug. I called their US headquarter several times.

Do not install on upto date android system. It doesn't work it keeps crashing. Vary expensive system but they time to update there don't have software. I will not recommended this. I have Samsung Galaxy S6

Now it's finally working on Android 6.1 marshmallow. Thank you for fixing the problem. It's now actually faster to load than before so I am giving you a 5 star

Since Marshmallow update the app just crashes. Something to do with ffmpeg. Have sent an email to the developer, but they haven't bothered to reply. Not what you would expect! Update: The developer has now updated the application so now it works with Marshmallow. Only 4 stars because still no reply.

A very basic, no frills, app. However doesn't work after upgrade to Marshmallow (android 6.0). Edit: it's been months now with no sign of a new app whilst other developers updated within weeks. DM don't seem to think this is a priority. I can't imagine using their kit again now that the likes of hikvision are both cheaper and better quality.

This program is unusable in my Samsung S6 phone. It does not open any cameras and immediately crashes when I try to login. I tried this on my phone and it actually works so anyone with an iPhone should be able to have success. But the program is totally unusable with my current phone.

Crashes on 6. I want my money back. Still no response from developer. We are currently reviewing various dvr options for our company. Based on the lack of response, Dedicated micros will not be included in the tender.

They've had months and my security is at a loss. You can purchase Hikvision for 1/10 the price and works perfect on all mobile devices. They had their day but unfortunately it's gone.

DM has still not corrected the incompatibility with Samsung's marshmallow (new and on all androids) operating system. Your expensive security system will not be viewed on your androids'. Do not use Dedicated Micros products.

UPDATED AND DOWNGRADED review. Used to work OK till the Marshmellow update. The app description says downgrade back to Lollipop but there isn't any way of doing that!!! UPDATE - DOWNGRADED FURTHER - STILL NO RESPONSE FROM DEVELOPERS !!!! FOR A COMPANY THAT PRODUCES WHAT IS A TOP END DVR THIS TOTAL LACK OF UPDATE DUCKS - At the least you could put some updates about progress with some dates on here as to what's happening! !! You're loosing customers rapidly due to this and that will include me soon....

Blake at the developers is a credit to the team. I couldn't get the app to work over 3G. I emailed them and within a matter of a few hours I had a reply and a dialogue was entered into over email with Blake until the issue was resolved. The app rocks too lol! PLEASE IGNORE THE ABOVE. I'VE DOWN RATED THIS APP AND REPORTED IT FOR BEING A RIP OFF. ALL THE PAID FEATURES NO LONGER WORK ALL OF A SUDDEN AND THE DEVELOPER REFUSES TO ANSWER EMAILS. DO NOT BUY.

Your cctv units are world class and are built to last, but smartphones dont stand still for too long and are constantly being upgrade or replaced. Please could somebody tell us then you will have an ffmpeg work around? We need this working but instead its pushing us to replace your cctv product.

VERY frustrating Netvu Observer will not work on my Droid Turbo now. I can't down grade to Lollipop :( PLEASE HELP!!!!

Come guys the last update for this app was nearly 4 years ago! As a result the app crashes on most new devices

Since upgrading to 6.0, this app crashes upon trying to open any sites.

Uninstalled and reinstalled and still the same . Waste of time since DM ceased

Just moved one system to hikision because your app won't work, you say it's being updated but it doesn't take that long ! Bye bye 3 more systems to be migrated this year !!!!!

It worked OK on my Samsung galaxy s3 but since I've changed to a S4 it's not so good. In fact.. It doesn't work.. Fails to get camera list then decides to flash on and off on the failed screen. Thought it was going to brick my phone. Very disappointed.

I have not liked most manufacturers' apps (I work with many brands as an installer) and have ALWAYS recommended a third party solution. Now our DM customers will have a great manufacturer supported app. I will definitely be pushing DM now.

Am having issues with this software, emailed the dev about a week ago several times and have had no response at all. A little help here please?

App now works on my Samsung s5, had to change the settings to low resolution and mp4 for some reason but works great again.

Works perfectly on my old iPhone with numerous sites installed but will not connect for any of these sites on my new galaxy s5 mini on the free version. I have since upgraded to paid version on iphone for ptz finctionality but Will not do so for android unless the free version starts yo work first. I use this for work, so Dedicated Micros will have to get off their backsides and it get sorted!!!

Overall superb application. Could You please add it function of switching camera patrols on or off? After I move the cameras some off them need to be manually put it back on patrol. Is this option available in paid application? Thanks
