Back to 5 stars again now as you've fixed the gremlins in the system. Do apps not get tested before the updates are rolled out? Apps shouldn't break like that and many people wouldn't come back after something like that. However, I'm glad it has been sorted as I've missed it these last few days with the daily information. I've got a few days reading to catch up on now. Thanks for sorting.

Like others, I've been using this app since I found out I was pregnant and it was, up until 2 days ago, a great little app with lots of useful advice and support. But it won't load at all, and reinstalling has done nothing. Very disappointing.

Same problem as Scott! My husband and I have been using this App for 3 months and now it's stopped working completely. Please fix this

Hi, This app has been wonders but since past 2 days I and my wife both cannot seem to open it any more and just crashes with message (Unfortunately, BabyBuddy has stooped.) I think its time for Dev Team to update the app with the new support. I've read almost every recent comment from people who are having the same issue. Please fix! Thank you very much. UPDATE: I've managed to access this app while turning the Wifi & Data OFF which means something with connection to the internet is causing this issue, please investigate further. I loved this app but so upset that after it started playing up you've fixed it but taken out the baby booth feature 6 months of weekly photos of my little one that I was so looking forward to putting into a video gone. Luckily I still have photos on either my phone or laptop but not ordered and lovely as they were on the app feature. Very disappointing.

I started using this app when i found out i was pregnant a few weeks ago. I loved the information that it give you, the facts, how your baby is growing and that you can sync it with your phone so you dont miss appointments. Now how ever im finding it annoying due to it not working how it should be. Every time you try and open the app the past few days it closes down because its crashed. If this problem would be sorted then the app would be fab. I miss finding out the info with my boyfriend in the mornings before we go to work. Please, please, please fix it again so we can carry on what we have been doing with it. Xxx

Loved using the app but the past few days it crashes and won't open. Please fix it Best Beginnings. If everyone submits a report when the app closes down it may help.

The app started to crash/ not open at all few days ago. Simple uninstall/ installation and it seems to work now. Not ideal but at least it works =)

Why was baby booth removed. I looked forward to putting my photo in each week and watching the video made me smile. No warning or nothing which is a huge disappointment considering how good an app it is

I have been using this since I found out I was pregnant. I'm now nearly 6 months. I had changed my phone and reinstalled the app but it keeps saying user not found. I have lost everything. Thank you baby buddy. I will not be recommending and will be permanently uninstalling

Was recommended by my midwife but not very good as it keeps freezing, it deleted all my 'remember to ask' questions, my 'buddy' is unable to read 'speech bubbles' and the list goes on... Once fixed definitely has the potential to be a good app just not there yet.

giving this a 1 star since you removed the booth feature with no warning our baby is due soon and we had been taking the pictures each week for the video very rude to remove it without giving warning

Advice always timley and accurate. Using on my 3rd baby as I'm too busy with my toddlers and don't remember some of these things!! I strongly recommend

This app has been really helpful throughout my first trimester, however in the last three days the app has crashed every time I try and open it. I have tried u installing and reinstalling it and it still crashes.

What has happened to the bump booth??? I liked taking pics of bump in the hope at the end I could see a mini video and this all seems to have disappeared and my bump pics have gone???!!! Not happy ????

I downloaded this app when I have birth after my health visitor recommended it. Loved having the daily information about my baby's development but in the last 2 days haven't been able to open it as it keeps crashing. Please fix this because I really like the app!!!

Very upset this evening to find the bump booth gone! Please bring it back i loved looking back at the pictures each week.

Why is baby booth removed? It is the best feature, I would highly recommend to put it back on otherwise you'll have a lot of upset users and uninstalling!!

Totally crashed. Can't get it back. Tried uninstalling multiple times. Very disappointed as it was my favourite app with timely advice.

Urmm what's happened its stopped working. Uninstalled and re-installed. Used to love this app. I'm missing it. Pls fix asap

I'm so happy I have it back :) I loved this app since Feb 2016, it was amazing to have a daily updates throughout my pregnancy and after little one was born, but for past 3days it won't open, keeps crashing, please fix it!!!! I don't want to say goodbye :(

As a new and very nervous mum and dad, I found this app very informative and helpful at the right time. The weekly pictures and video at the end of 6 months was good too.

Its a brill app been using it since i found out i was pregnant but for the past week or so i have not been able to use the app as it come up not working all the time it needs sorting out

I updated the app and lost all my pics because you have removed baby booth not impressed and I have emailed you, so annoyed that I have lost the pics from being pregnant to my baby being 5 mths old information is great but you need to put the baby booth back

Been advised by my midwife to use this app but I am not happy. Always errors. App will log you out than you cannot log in back. If i want to see progress of my pregnancy i need to go on Google to look it up because this app is not working. Waste of space on your phone.

Doesn't work....make my buddy n then says error so can't use the app.. uninstalled

I've been using this app my entire pregnancy and he's now due in two weeks. ALL of the pictures I stored in the baby booth are gone because YOU removed the feature (thankfully have them backed up).So disappointing.

was using the app daily and now it won't work it just crashes everyone you try and load it up, however I am still getting daily reminders but using that link still doesn't work.

It stopped loading 2 days ago. Have uninstalled it. Was enjoying using it till it stopped working

Not able to use my postcode, so I cannot go any further with the app, waste of time.

Edit: The app is working again now and they even emailed me personally to check if it was working for me, surprisingly good customer service! It's a lovely little app, recommended to me by a midwife. Original review: Stopped working a few days ago. It just crashes during loading. Will alter review if this is fixed before my baby is born and I stop needing it (4 weeks!)

This app was very good, found it very informative and interesting to read especially as I recently had my first child. But for the past week I cannot get on to it; keeps saying 'this app has stopped working'

It was going so well and loved the app. But recently I can't seem to open it. Keeps coming up as restart app and when I do it says close app. Please can you fix this? Also can we have the booth back please? Thank you

App recommended by midwife. But it's ridiculous! Baby development info VERY limited (so much happens there and you're just telling me "Arms and legs are getting longer"?), app needs all phone permissions plus detailed info on me (incl. postcode??), no place for my daily symptoms +measurements to create a diary. Best info is in videos but they stop playing halfway and have no scroll bar anyway. I feel that the emphasis is on creating a close graphic picture of self (hair, clothes, bag) as this part of app actually works...
