Champion Antibiotics

Developed for Chelsea & Westminster Hospital NHS Foundation Trust the CHAMPION (CHelsea AntiMicrobial Prescribing and Infection CONtrol) app has been developed to assist clinical staff in selecting the most appropriate antimicrobial treatment / prophylaxis regimen for an individual patient based on specific patient parameters. The app also provides the user with important information on local infection control practices needed at the point of care to ensure that safe, reliable care is provided to all patients.

CHAMPION is interactive and easily navigable, aiding patient specific treatment choice with in-built calculators to guide dose selection for individual drugs.

The app has been developed across multiple platforms to ensure universal access for all users.
