MPC Machine is a music creating app inspired by classic drum machine samplers such as MPC 500/1000/2500/2000XL/iMPC pro and Native Instruments Maschine / iMaschine.
Armed with a Technics 1210, CDJ or a youtube video as a sound source. DJs, Producers and beat makers produce hit records by sampling sounds, editing and sequencing samples using MPCs. MPC Machine acts like a portable MPC and allows you make your own beats whereever inspiration strikes.
Imagine sampling a classic James Brown break beat, then using the sample slicer to chop and spread each drum hit across the drum pads, or sampling a snippet of a 808 trap, kalimba or djembe drum, and use them as sample instruments for your latest drum kit. Well would be cool if you could import a song and chop it up and sample it, that's the reason why I deleted it, but for people who have never used a mpc it's pretty fun and I had no latency issues it is super fast, cool app lol

Loving how in depth the app is, but i have to ask is there a way to speed up response from the pads, speed up the bpm, and choose one of the option one pitch shifts to the regular option two pad

Tap.. (wait half a second)... sound starts. This latency unfortunately makes this an unusable app for live work or even drum programming. I got this with the intention of buying the full version but no developer in their right mind would deliberately hijack the primary functionality of their software just to get you to upgrade...surely? Therefore I must assume the pro version suffers the same problem and I need to look elsewhere for a sample player.

... doesn't seem to work correctly on the nexus 6p. Options menu disappears after trying to access it. Also can't access the tempo control, not sure if this is related to not being able to access the options.

Being an mpc 2000xl user for many years , when i found this app i flipped out i got beats knockin ive made tons of kits , you guys really knocked this one out of the park..theres only 1 or 2 things i think we need still...unless i didnt figure it out yet...can we make a sequence lets say 1bar and 2 measures 1.5 bars ..or like a half bar or 1 measure sequence? Also if anyone needs any extra drum kits hit me up...also if people are experiencing lag...u guys need to free up your device memory i have no problem

So much latency within ONE DEVICE? You joking? OK OK OK, technically this can be fixed in settings which I would bother to do if using different devices synced together. But all THAT latency on ONE app on ONE device? It was just a hassle, and too many really dumb noises. Great fun for infants I suppose.

The demo works fine but then the full version I bought doesn't work properly. It lags or doesn't produce a sound at all and keeps deleting my work as I'm working. I've emailed 12 times in the past week and got no response. There is also not enough instructions to learn how to make songs start to finish. if my request for help keeps getting ignored I want a full refund asap

I think this is a well thought out version of the mpc. With a few minor adjustments , thus app can be totally awesome. Not able to bring previous tracks back up without buying version, what a bummer . and some of the controlling could be less tedious with a circle nob for selecting like on the real mpc. Overall this is a good app . it also needs more preset sounds and plugins to really make fun. Thanks mpc machine for the limited fun
