About Everyday Telford
Welcome to Everyday Telford, where you can report problems in your local area to help keep Telford clean, green and safe.
It's a fast, simple way to report the issues that matter to you, whenever and wherever you are
No hanging on the telephone, no waiting for offices to open, simply follow the instructions and send it through, we’ll do the rest. You can even take a photo of the issues, use your phone’s GPS to store the location so we can find it easily.
We've made the app as small as possible, so it won’t eat into your mobile data allowance. If you don’t have a great 3G signal when filling in the form just take a photo of the incident, which will be stored in the app, and once you have a better signal or access to a Wifi hotspot complete the form and send it to us.

With the Everyday Telford app you can:
- Report abandoned vehicles
- Let us know about drainage and flooding issues, such as blocked drains and sewage.
- Tell us about fly tipping issues (general waste being dumped)
- Report graffiti (deploy our dedicated Rapid Response Team)
- Missed rubbish or recycling collection
- Report a pothole or road issue (mess on the road, faded or impaired road markings)
- Street cleaning and littering, general litter and animal waste)
- Report damaged or missing street furniture, such as missing or broken benches, railings and bollards.
- Let us know about street lighting issues, such as broken bulbs, unsafe or broken lights.
- Report grounds maintenance issues, including problems with missing or broken fences, shrubs and trees.
- Council Tax Support fraud
- Single Person Discount fraud
- Blue Badge misuse
- Business Rate avoidance
- Licensing abuses
- Trading standards violations
- Anti-Social behaviour.
How to Log a Report:
It's important that we get the information right first time; you can help us by taking a photo and completing as much of the information as you can. If you can mark the location on the map, it will help us to find the issue and fix it quicker for you.
Register your details so we can keep you up to date on your report via email or telephone.

Many fields don't work. There is no history of submitted items, it says they're on the My Telford page, but there's no such page on the app.

Tried to use this app a couple of times. It's too slow. Takes ages to load the map. Things I want to report arnt listed. It just doesn't work, like many other people in telford, don't have the time to stand on the street for 15 minutes trying to take a pic, mark it on a Map write a detailed description and wait for this app to work. Simplify it and make it faster. Or stop wasting money, stop restructuring the council and save some jobs.

As a councillor I report a lot of problems and this app makes it so much easier. Previously I would spot something, make a note on my phone if I was able to, wait until I got home, find the place on Google Maps and then write it up in an email for the council. Now I can report issues in seconds, pinpoint the exact position and even provide pictures. The only improvement I could suggest would be the ability to see the progress of the tickets you raise.

I was told about this app when reporting litter to T&WC. But I found it to be virtually unusable on a basic android phone (which is all I would guess most people in Telford own) I tried in a variety of locations but it failed even in those with a strong 3g signal - probably doesn't help that the app tries to download new forms whenever opened and maps seem to take forever to update if at all? - Maybe these issues will be fixed in a future version so that I can be more positive?

I reset my password but when I try to login on the app I get a generic message saying it can't log me in and offers no additional help. It appears to work now. Thank you for the reply.

Functionality is not great, maps load okay but required to use 2 fingers to move locations. The history doesn't retain the report just title of the section. When setting up account I specifically clicked do not share details with other parties, I'm unable to deactivate this as website is unresponsive. Will not be recommending or using again.
