My Council

Great app. Couple of suggestions allow multiple picture uploads and the ability to store contact details so don't have to keep entering them.

Bit confused as to why reports are all very old. Do they go after they are fixed? If not someone needs to educate the council team for my area. Not sure if this links to the other websites that you see. Like the app just not the management of actions.

Tried to upload a photo to a street report but it wouldn't work.

Used this app to report pot holes in our cul-de-sac. They came and repaired them and then loads more appeared. After reporting more and making them known we were angry residents they came and resurfaced the whole road. This was with Dudley Council.

Would be more useful if the job search actually excepted my post code!

Latest update has fixed the issues back to a 5 star app. Keep up the good work.

I used this app in the past to report a nasty pothole to Argyll & Bute Council. It worked brilliantly. Now after setting my location, I can see no services to select from. Don't know if the Council no longer use or if the App is faulty. Either way, it's totally useless !

I've used this app few times lately and really think it is much improved over the old version. However, my phone recently upgraded to Android 6 and the app is now unusable.

You still haven't repaired this app, please try much harder?This app was a great tool for me, but all of a sudden it has stopped working!! Please fix ASAP. CRAP CRAP CRAP...

Used to work well. But now there is no contents or options to view anything. I used it to find me a job but not any more.

App used to be great, but now will not work. There have been plenty of reports of this and the developer has ignored them. Shame on you.

Acer iconia a3-a40, can't get beyond setting location.

Was a good app until last system update on galaxy s5...now this app doesn't load. Gets as far as looking local screen but nothing is showing. Needs a fix please.

Since discovering this app, I've had my large rubbish removed and reported pot holes. Very useful app..

All ways says my data connection is duff despite filling the map. That means I can't report anything.

I've submitted 3 things that need removing sofas and the like, I know the only people to blame are the ones dumping the rubbish that never think about the environment we have to live in

Very good app

I used this app to report a nasty pothole to Argyll & Bute Council. The report was acknowledged the next day and fixed within 3 days. Excellent!!! The app is simple to use and photographs are geotagged so potholes (for example) can be easily located. I like it a lot.

The reports never expire or clear. There's reports there from three years ago.

This app now gives local people more opportunities to report a multitude of issues , such as potholes, streetlights that are not working, abandoned vehicles etc. And have the local authority report back. There is also a good quality map to see reported issues. You can login and bid on LA properties, search & apply for local vacancies, look for local events and even put your own event in for local people to see and attend if they want (free advertising). Keep upto date on local news etc. ..

A fair app if you live in town's and villages. But useless if your trying to report a pothole, fly tipping etc on a country road (and there are plenty of potholes in Somerset). Would be good if you didn't need to put in a full postcode.

Cannot stress the ease of use this app gives when reporting bad dog owners from letting their poor dogs foul outside my yard and not clean the sh*t up!

Actually a very good idea and works

Complete tosh. Keeps telling me to update it even though I am running the newest version. Certainly not worth downloading.

Shame that Swansea Council don't act on all information supplied but that's not the app's fault

Excellent app. Found it very easy to use. I'm sure the report-it function will be getting used a few times!

Not bad idea at all but GPS stays on after closing. Could also do with moving to SD card

Easy to use, can choose location easily. Can opt in or out of providing name and contact details for reporting things. Easy to see other local reports
