Dudley Council

The app is a good idea in principle but as usual no one from the council acts upon the information input, it even asks if you want email response still no one replies , reported street bins overflowing for days , collectors just walked past them, i watched, and did the easy one near entrance to fields. Waste of time app won't let you mark precise location of any problem , it ALWAYS puts it in the next street so IF anyone was responding they would find nothing.

Great idea and everything is good but hard to report as a postcode is needed. Would be much better to tap the map in the appropriate place. Also reports that are months old need removing if they have been resolved.

This app did work untill my phone had a new update now it don't work it's just got dudley council at the top but nothing else

Just shows Dudley Council name at top of the screen and nothing else. Typical council amateur attempt at an app. Bit like e housing which also does not work on my Nexus 6.

Does not work on latest version of andriod . I've had to put it on my old tablet so I can use the app

Except for the News section. This has no dates on the articles, but much worse, most of them cut off half way through! Amateurish, please fix.

The street report section is an excellent idea but there's reports that date from months back. Hopefully these have been sorted and the maps just need updating.

Its ok to log your complaints or things that need doing to your flat ir home,but nobody ever replys.
