Cannot select all file or folder

Lost known password on last phone update.????????????

Not taking my password. Lost everything. All my info is in there. Need to be fixed. Immediately please.

I'm forget my password , so what to do.. tell me.. urgent..

Easy to use and quick access when needed

DO NOT blame Samsung update. I just got a new ph (LG2O) this wkend. Downloaded this app. Confirmed password. Made one entry. Immediately re-checked & password failed. Created another folder. Added one entry. Password failed. SO THANKFUL that I did NOT trust this app. UNINSTALLING. (Edited to add that this app appears to have last had an update 2 years ago. NOT good for such an app as this one.)

Bloody Samsung update has erased my known password......WTF...... lost all my card pin numbers and passwords for everything else....... is there no way to get back in ?? Is there a password to access the app now mine's is gone....was a great app loved it till this happened..????????

Never had problems with this app, but after the latest droid update I can't access my notes as it doesn't take the known password. Also, with no password recovery I gonna have to uninstall as it doesn't do any good anymore. Very disappointed as I did like the app.

Nougat breaks this app. After creating a file in encrypted folder, user can't decrypt. Also, can't decrypt a backup file created before Nougat. Switched to "Sec Notes", which seems to have very similar features (folders, encryption). Fortunately, I was able to decrypt and export my files in plain text using app in older phone, and then import into Sec Notes.

App was just fine until I had to update droid, now app will not except known password. Try to email app support and instantly goes to send failure.

Works fine until and OS update takes place then you will be locked out of your data. Support email address is bogus too. Don't waste your time with it.

Can not access after current droid update to Nougat. Worthless app, lost everything. Username, passwords, account info, due dates, so much stuff just gone. I have no access to it. Now I get to start again . Complete bullshit! I HATE this app!

I've had this app forever and absolutely loved it. Then Samsung had an update and I can't get into it anymore???????? So I've lost a lot and there's nothing I can do about it. So I've uninstalled it and gone back in to get it again. Just not going to trust it with much. I recommended this app to a lot of people and I'm sure they are going to be really pissed off too.

Doesn't take your known password!! WTF!! SUCH A WASTE OF MY TIME AND SETUP! Now I have to redo everything but on a BETTER app! So stupid!!

The latest Samsung update and now my password will not work. How do you reset the password???? I relied on this app while traveling. I am soooo upset!!! Winforth Soft....are you reviewing the comments left and solving the lockout problem??? Feedback please before I delete this app.

I like this application but Doesn't work with android 7.0 After upgrade latest Android software(7.0), my password doesn't match. I am very disappointed. Please fix this problem

This app was good for a while, but since my phone updated, this app officially sucks. I lost everything I had in there. Since there's no password retrieval, you need to seriously fix that problem.

What the hell? I cannot access anything after the Android update !! How in the world am I going to get everything back ??? It had all bank information and important passwords !! Has anyone had any updates regarding this ???

App sucks had it for few years was great then new update erased my password now I have no access to my notes

I cannot log into my secure notebook at all. I did a software update to Android 7.0 software version on my HTC 10. Now the app keeps rejecting my password with an error message - password is incorrect. I tested with my other HTC one under Android version 5.0.2 using the same password and it works. Can you please fix this?? I cannot retrieve anything.

Do Not Use. After last Android update app does not open to password. No work around avialible. Support email is not a real address. This app is poison.

After OS update don't recognize my password. I made another secure notebook and opened once, after that I can't. Constantly forget my password.

This app was beautiful. Now i realize why i cant get into it. I did a samsung update. Now all my info is locked inside here. Prior to this your program was awesome

But no sycro to other phones to backup of my important notes,and google account.juat do that you get 5

Was great until droid update wiped the passwords. With no password recovery everything I had is now lost.

Nice concept but it sucks if you forget your password. I haven't use my tablet in over 9 months and forgot my password. Now I'm realizing there's no recovery for forgotten passwords. I have no idea what's in my notebook and would like to look back on my notes but I can't. Since I can't get into the main purpose of the app I'm deleting. Total waste of time if you forget passwords. Very disappointing.

I have had no problems with it I give 5 just for the fact that it has no ads and does not ask for any permissions or trys to access the the internet as I tell when a app is trying though the firewall

Font resize must be made incorporated in the app. Now too small and not changeable

This app is the only one i really wanna find and then i found it!!!! Thanks a lot!!!! Now i can write a story even i will left my notebook... ^_____^

I love it it's great for keeping my stories secure

Doesn't save very well. You can't even leave the app to go do something else without it deleting all that you wrote, and there are other notebook apps that have a password setting that don't require a password for every single book. This may be more secure, but it's really annoying and hard to use. Also it follows its own rules, so it doesn't auto capitalize the first word of a sentence like my phone does which can get very confusing.
