Placed an order and received confirmation from the restaurant. 1.5hrs later still hadn't received my order. Phoned the restaurant and was told that, despite receiving the confirmation and a delivery time, my order had been rejected because the they were busy. Had been a very regular customer, but won't be ordering from them again.
