Absolutely outstanding. Great little app to have. From tracking car, locking doors and even checking all the mechanical stuff.. fabulous.

Despite bad reviews, so far so good . login with email & password created at My Vauxhall. Use wi-fi to setup

Since the latest update I now have 0 mile range...

As per usual for Vauxhall this app sometimes works and sometimes doesn't. Another half arsed attempt at a good idea. I've worked for the company for 20 years so I should know. Don't bother with this app or their vehicles. Better spend your hard earned cash on a quality vehicle from a conscientious manufacturer (eg Japanese) who will look after your interests and not their own

Pathetic Vauxhall!!!! Can't even use it, since I went down to my local Vauxhall with my car documents to validate it and guess what? They don't know anything about this app so I couldn't validate my account - absolutely pathetic are my local Vauxhall dealer!

Just keeps coming up with 500-1 error adviser not help full told me realise install app did not work so new car and can't use app

I only got my car this month, I can't sign into the on star app but can sign in through chrome it doesn't make sense, i can't access the wifi hotshot in my car either, fingers crossed it all goes well today, the app needs some fine tuning then it will make a great app.

Good concept, however app is a little slow. Maybe it would be nice to have it automatically poll a few times an hour, as opposed to me looking at it every few days.

Downloaded app to Samsung S7 phone soon after delivery, installed OK but has never allowed me to login, comes up with an error message 500-1 every time. Have reported direct to Vauxhall two weeks age , they state they are working on the fault. Still nothing. The app does work from my Laptop, but I do not carry it around with me all the time, that's why I would like to use my phone. So much for the misleading advertisements on the TV. Please Vauxhall sort out NOW, you will be loosing customers once the word gets out on the Social media network that Onstar cannot operate as advertised..

Keeps crashing when going onto next page in manual. Also, getting an Astra K in the next few weeks and from what I read, this app is pretty useless in other areas too!

Does what its says and gives you a full discription of what is going on and shows you any errors

Been unable to log in for the last few days.

All works fine bar the 'find car' part. It worked to start with but now cannot hit the clear location button to update where my car is!!

Just recently it has stopped working properly doesn't refresh the fuel remaining etc screen and lock / unlock doesn't work :(

Forgot my password. Did a pw reset..don't work. Email in for help days ago..no reply..no help..so can't use it :(

All my 3 cars appear. BUT NO ONSTAR OPTIONS FOR MY NEW CAR.

Every couple of weeks the app wont locate the car

Constantly losing connection or coming up with errors. I've never been able to use the parked location service as it constantly says please wait. Needs some serious updating.

Just says app has stopped after entering password. Update new phone and this app works fine.

This has the potential to be a good App. But Trip A never shows any MPG

Recognises me but won't let me on. Tried everything! Can't therefore access on star .

This app is great for monitoring and controlling the car remotely using Onstar. I also love how I can read the manual quickly and find the information I want with ease. However, it fails to synchronise with the car every now and again without reason considering the web browser interface still works fine

One drawback is that you can't flash horn OR lights, it just makes the alarm go off which is louder than a jumbo jet so doesn't discreetly let you find your car! Otherwise great

The app is great and does the job but it feels very out dated and needs a real refresh please.

Astra 2016 elite - Owner manual not working, fuel consumption shows good wishes instead of real mpg, unable to send anything to sat-nav, to get update sometimes takes ages, otherwise good app...

Great to have OnStar features. makes feel more in control of your vehicle.

Would rate 0 stars if I could. Pointless app!!

Practicality great work's well only problem on android app you are required to clear cache data and log in again to get latest vehicle health and fuel details.

Just wants all your personal info for marketing
