Improving; however, I STILL have to force close my phone to switch off commentary on live matches on my Samsung S7. Sort this out and the app so.deservedly merit a higher mark

Absolutely appalling app, live video does not display and is just black. Commentary works but is 10 seconds behind. Waste of money subscribing to games if the performance is like this.

No commentary on matches?? Not good.

This app is amazing

Commentry doesn't work on mobile at all. When I tried my laptop it just asked me to check my subscription. If it doesn't work next time I will be wanting my money back.

Ifollow is useless but main page is ok

Was a great app last year but I missed the first match of the season since the change to ifollow. I'm not happy. Hopefully it is sorted in time for the next match or I'll be asking for my subscrition money back. It gets 2 stars only because the video highlights and interviews work

Main app ok but the ifollow part is terrible. Commentary not working, keeps signing me out and asking to check subscription even though I've just paid £45 for the subscription. Support team less than helpful, got a reply as to why commentary wasn't working an hour after it had finished. Poor effort.

Really liked this app until iFollow upgrade, ended up missing the first match of the season as commentary wasn't working, tech support was non existent from EFL, EFL also not responding to emails and when you go on the website no one responds on live chat. This is very poor for a subscription service, if not resolved for tomorrow's cup match I will unsubscribe and be demanding a refund.

Live audio hasn't worked for the last 2 matches. The support doesn't make any effort to fix the problem and often replies with answers that have no relation to the enquiry. Very poor.

I don't get push notifications

Not been able too get the new version

Since the update the screen doesn't lock when watching videos and the video restarts on screen lock making it useless. I have reported this over a month ago and despite being informed more than once than an update has been released to the store the same version is still shown in the store and I am left with a product that cannot be reliably used for watching videos highlights/interviews.

Love the new design. Will there be more fanscore games?

Why force the Tribe Connect crap on me? I don't need the app when I'm at the game, I can see what's happening... So why force me to install something that is only of benefit at the times I'm not using the app? Rediculous!

Love Forest? Get this app!

Whoever edits the new videos on forest player, get a grip. The new video format is too annoying for words. Play the same video and cut out the rubbish tunes

It does everything it claims and keeps me dated on my team. Don't see anything wrong with it.

I love Nottingham forest

While I'm happy that Nottingham Forest has its own app, I'm not happy at being forced to download another app, on top of it, to get it to work. Unfortunately, I won't be downloading Hivecore and, therefore, won't be using the NFFC app. #COYR

Great to finally see an official Forest app, however when trying to link my twitter account it tries to open, I assume a prompt box, but nothing happens! Is this a known bug? if so when will it be fixed? Using a Samsung S6.
