It does not show you your usage of funding ir help you see what drives your consumption / usage it is merely a way to make you sugn up to bundles tou dont need more tranoarency and a usage meyer kver time would be far fairer but if vourse would not meet your narketing snd sales needd
IT WORKS!! This app allows me to top-up my Tesco's SIM (dual SIM phone user here) and manage my bundles as well as easily check my data usage. Also a convenient way to manage my PAYG SIM without logging in to various Mi-Pay top-up sites and then Tescos Mobile sites to manage bundles. Bravo!
Super app now I can keep a very close eye on what I'm using including my data and mins(these are the two most important to me). I love how I'm able to also top up from the app instead of dialling 4444. Well done to the developers of this amazing app. This is the best app I have got on my mobile phone.
Nice interface and design, it works and it's simple and clear to use. Also is able to show you the amounts of data/calls you use, in several "easy on the eye" formats.
I have noticed Tesco mobile Internet services are struggling to upload any Internet pages so I'm reporting this to my solicitor to take legal action and I've only been with Tesco three days
I have just transferred from THREE and this app is not recognising my number so can't log in. Annoying.! Using a samsung galaxy j5 2016
Won't even open. When it does, it asks me to re-enter my number again to send me a code. That takes forever to get here. Once entered. The app stops working. Every...damn...time. final straw in a ling line of let downs from this network.
Can't stop up certain amounts or get colleagues discount on app,customer service didn't have a clue and were very useless and uneducated
Used to be able to top up using the app, but since my bank card details changed recently and despite repeatedly changing the details at mytescomobile site, the app will not recognise my bank card any more.
I don't "hate" or "dislike" it, I just don't find it very useful, all it tells me is my balance and how much I have which I can get other ways. Sorry.

Stops loading every few days requiring uninstall and reinstall. Annoyingly frustrating.
I am changing provider, app not working, nor is the online top-up, I need to use phone, I have £19.50 on my tesco account and cannot access it to buy a package, and it is being slowly used up, I'm not dare not put any more on in future in case this happens again, how is the app being so-called updatted while your website is also down, if it is a bigger problem, fair enough, but don't fob me off with lies, every little helps eh!

Terrible, keeps stopping, so I have to delete & reinstall. Reported twice. Pointless.

Tesco mobile are awful. No one can call me because it goes straight to answerphone even though I have signal. Awful customer service. Two different managers said they'd call me back and neither didn't. Been with tesco about 8 months and had nothing, but hassle. Can't even get my balance. Joke of a service
OK, so it isn't perfect, sometimes it has "server problems"?? But most of the time it does what it is designed to do and it gives me all the info I need. You can change tariffs and reward options and even top up via the app so it works fine for me most of the time. When it fails, just try later..

If I don't have a bundle, I can't see what I'm being charged for? I have a £10 top up which I want to use just time to time, but if I want to see where my money sent it tells me to buy a bundle...
