I don't know what's going on but for the last couple of days I'm being bounce out just after I log in. Please fix this issue asap.

Clean interface, simple to use, works well. Now I always have my card barcode with me.

Brilliant. Nice to see the library taking advantage of the current technology.

It even keeps a copy of your library card barcode for when you forget it. Doesn't work with the scanners though unfortunately

Saving time and money

The menu screen has a picture placeholder on it that obscures most of the buttons so that they can't be selected. Can't use most of the features.

You only have enter your details once and they are remembered.

Thought this would be useful if I forgot my library card, but the machines will not scan my barcode in the app and The scanner at the desk will not scan the barcode on my phone. What's the point?

Can't get this to work. It won't scan my library card and I don't know how to get a pin number. Shame could be good. The online website never works properly either so I thought I would try this. Never mind back to looking at the dismal selection of books in my local library. The local charity shop has more up to date books.

Would like to be able to sort books by date etc, but otherwise can access account no problem. The libraries are working hard to improve their service and this app is another step in the right direction.

Doesn't recognise my account (even though I double checked my account details in my local library) so I cannot access any of the services. What does work is basically a front end that spits the user into the council website. A waste of my council tax!

Great improvements to a troubled start. All working brilliantly now!

When app first started, everything read brilliant, now its gone downhill, unable to access loans/ reservations/ charges.
