Can't use it to do anything, it just doesn't work

The helpful people at Crayford Library reported this on my behalf 3 weeks ago. Still not fixed. The App worked well at first, to review and renew books, but then the ability to scroll through the loaned books disappeared. So if I can't review book return dates, what is the point? 1 star for working at first.
