SMOOTH MENU is the latest technology to aid the restaurateur, bar owner, and cafe in giving your customers access to your menu using 'On Table' and 'At Table' devices for your customers and staff.

Use of high definition images (optimised for tablet and mobile use), enhance the user experience. Just a finger flick, to scroll though the available menu items, and a tap to allow selection inclusive of modifiers. Use the text entry box to add customer requirements that are not available in the modifier lists.

Orders can be built and modified before final placement, and order additions made at any time. Making it easy for your customers to up-sell themselves, add additional menu items and multiple drinks with resultant increase in revenue.

Customer Mode:

The primary working mode of SmoothMenu is designed for use ‘on table’ by the customer, let’s them have full control of ordering, supporting order modifiers and order additions.

Waiter Mode:

Functions exactly the same as Customer mode but with some additional options to control table allocation and set localised stop sales.

Just tap on Table button on Navigation bar and the option to change table number is given (this functions in Waiter Mode and when staff member has correctly entered their Pin number or in Customer mode if staff member again enters their correct pin number).

Call Monitoring:

Call monitoring is for the waiter staff to be notified when a table needs assistance, or when a Kitchen or Bar order has been rejected or completed.

Kitchen Mode:

Get rid of paper from your kitchen or just use as a backup process. All orders placed that include elements that have to be prepared by the kitchen are available on this device. Orders are allocated to one of four queues.

New Orders – all new orders hit here for validation by kitchen staff, orders can then be accepted or rejected.

Accepted Orders – accepted orders pass through to ‘Accepted Queue’ and preparation starts.

Rejected Orders – rejected orders pass through to ‘Rejected Queue’ which means serving staff must query all or part of the order with customer.

Completed Orders – on completion of order, food is ready to serve.

Kitchen staff can review orders at any time, they can also change the order status if something has been miss-assigned.

Bar Mode:
