Would be good for everyday banking but Santander still make it purposely difficult to pay off my credit card. Why can't I pay the balance via either apps? Instead I have to log on to a computer each time and they don't remember your card details so each payment requires you to enter all of your details. Not ideal when you want to pay regular small amounts... rubbish

Installed it again after initial installation failed to run a couple of weeks ago. Have whizzed around and it seems to be pretty good and useful. A chart or two wouldn't go amiss for example running balance over past x months.

This app used to be easy to use, you could view accounts and balance in each whereas now it shows you completely irrelevant information and in savings accounts no balance at all until you want to transfer money of which, you don't know how much is in there to transfer until you press blindly, transfer funds!! Stupid set up!

Stupid graphs and pie charts to display balance. No pending transactions either. Take a look at the Halifax app Santander

I really like the app.. please can you add a new feature where you can set up new payments, really frustrating having to go off the app and login all over again to transfer to somebody new

This app helps me save money every week. It shows me where and how much I'm spending. The only question I have is why other banks don't do this. Thank you Santander.

Love the app but I get paid in the middle of the month, so it's not that helpful if I can't change the information to show from the 18th to 17th of each month.

It does everything I need the normal app to do but also has some really useful summarised info that I just wouldn't bother working out myself. Like the total of my direct debits.

App needs update. Instead of log in should be a fingerprint access like Natwest. Also the number if you forget your password is out of date.

Needs the retail cash back offers And the choice of account for your home screen. Feels like a long effort just to get my balance on a different account.

Well done to the developers of this app, works well and looks great. Well apart from the icon, at least smooth the edges, come on!

for a big company like santander i would expect everything on this app regarding my account however when clicking pending payments nothing shows up when clearly there are i.e. pending card payments please update this feature then i would change my opinon of your mobile app and give five stars in the review

App is slow to load and sign in. When it automatically signs out it forces the app to display regardless of what I'm doing

It's good but only shows a month or two of data... could be so much better if you could show more data

Great app my only gripe is that it has no fingerprint reader for S6 or it would have been 5 stars.

I does not let you transfer money to people if they're not already registered payees. Inconvenient to have to log on to a computer just to transfer to money to somebody new

It would be better if it shown what uve spent straight away in pending but it dose so you left guessing if bills and standing orders have been paided

My only suggestion for improvement is to allow login via fingerprint recognition, rather than putting in passwords every time.

This app allows me to keep on top of my spending, by showing how much and where I spend the most in an easy to read format.

Just what is needed if you want to dive deeper into your spending habits without having to use a manual input money manager app! Great job Santander!!!!!

Good app overall, though that annoying logout popup is terrible. Remove it, it is just useless and distracting. Also allow us to directly open the "Transactions" menu (the novelty of the "Quick overview" graphics wears out very quickly).

There is no need to force this app in my face to tell me it's logged off. Just log off as required in the background like the barclays and first direct banking apps. I will get the message when I try to open the app and it makes me log in again!

Much better app. I'd say it is worthy of replacing the old mobile banking app. Feels a lot nicer to use and the information is nice and direct.

I do really like this APP, it works great to look at my accounts. But does it need the full screen notification that it has auto logged off? Yes it gives a piece of mind that the APP has logged off, but it is also very annoying. Can't this be less in your face? Maybe a notification? Or nothing at all..... Of even the option to turn it off??
