About Argos Buddy
Argos Buddy has been rewritten from scratch. This is version 3.2.
As usual for the older versions, you can search for, and buy things from Argos, with one critical difference:
You can set price alerts.
So this means you'll be able to see something you like, and instead of just hoping for the best price, you'll be able to actually set an alert for the price of the item coming down.
You can also see a price history of the item you are looking at, to decide if something is worth just buying straight away.
The app has been completely re-written from the ground up. Older versions were a bit rubbish, and have poor reviews, but don't let that put you off. This app could save you some serious money.
In app purchases:
Some people didn't like the banner ads. So you can now pay 99p to have them removed. No tricks, no high prices or subscriptions. Just 99p one off, and no ads. You get the same features if you pay or not. It's up to you.

Very few pictures loaded, nothing at all on the right. Gave it plenty of loading time and I have fast wifi so cannot be that.

I finally found Alien Isolation. I couldnt get the actual Argos app because my Galaxy Ace 2 isnt compatiable with it then I found this app! Its Brilliant. Its an Argos app compatiable with every phone. Thanks a million Argos Buddy I really appreciate it. Yours Trulys Your Biggest Fan

Tried to set an alert a great many times over the last couple of weeks since installing but it wouldn't set (unable to set alert message given) , but today I manged to an alert! Let's hope it works - and continues to work. :)

Actually gives u more info than the catalogue and tells u the recent sale prices too. Also alot lighter than loojing thru the catalogue! Love it!!!

It won't sort on original search unless u go back to search, but then it blanks previous search criteria, it allows u to choose sort order but with blank search criteria it crashes, if you re enter criteria, it doesn't sort. I work in development & wouldnt put my name 2 it & I've signed some tat off in my time. I never leave bad feedback, but I can't think of anything constructive. What is it meant to do that the Argos app doesn't already do better? Sorry x

If I try and link to my email address I get an error message that crashes the app, forcing me to reinstall. If I try and create an alert I get an error message. Not impressed!
