Love Newham

This is a broken app with very poor usability. It's hit and miss when it does work. I've given up and just use the newham website now, which is pinch and zoom on mobile, still more reliable than this app.

A stupid app for a stupid part of London

This app should be completely removed from google play because it is completely waste of time and not properly designed. Not working.

Poor. Very few option and even less info. Stick with the website.

This app isn't finished and it doesn't even work. There are sections such as help and information with some sample text. When trying to report fly-tipping, selection of categories doesn't load making impossible to submit it as the app complains about required field not being filled in. C'mon Newham can't you do at least one thing right?!

Location and photos now work properly, and I can see my report history and status easily.

Totally disappointed. Not helpful at all.

Over engineered and impossible to use

Android version close to useless

Really good app giving us the chance to get crap picked up. Really important seeing as so many people just can't be bothered to do the right thing and get their own sh!t picked up by the council.

Good try but this app is still v v rubbish app. Very slow process in this app. Need to wait for days to complete any action. Need to fix its issues before people stop using it.

Would give it zero if poss. Reported a wall that looked like it was about to fall down on someone nearly 3 months ago with photos, received a confirmation email (after 2 weeks) saying thank you and that they would look into it! The wall is still there waiting to crush someone, Maybe it's not a priority like wrong rubbish in the wrong bin!

Doesn't work

(Once you get over the fact you're getting phone out in street, thus a thieves target) , took photo, and had location turned on. It appears to have sent a blank rubbish report containing neither pic nor address. Uninstalling I'm afraid. Shame.

Reported fly tipping and worked quite well as I proved rubbish was cleared within a week (unless of course someone else reported it also in conventional form). My gripe is that the App didn't recognise my phone twice having got it confirmed by email the first time, so I had to resend confirmation email, which was slow and didn't work.

This app is okay. If you respect your borough you will use it

Terrible app. Takes way to long to create a report. Apple version superb, pls fix android one!

Simple to use, basic looking but works well. Sadly doesn't seem to be uploading the images from my phone (nexus 4)?

I gather the Cr'Apple version of this app is good and works, because whoever is actually behind this 'so called' Android version has made or clear that they put in as little effort in as possible. The app feels like it was built for Android OS 2.O (from many years ago) and looks terrible. After entering your email address and mobile number (probably over an insecure network), it just fails to do anything and losses your details. What a waste of time, resources and my Newham taxes []~__~]

Update: tested the app today. Working well. Would love to see additional options of reporting criminal activity. Examples: Prostitution, drug dealing and regular anti-social hotspots

This app is dreadful. The functionality is awful. A good idea considering that Newham is one big tip but this app doesn't help as its almost impossible to use.

This app is basic and could be so much better, however I appreciate any attempt by local government in making it easier to report issues. Now let's hope responses are quick and effective too.
