Cannot manually select location on map like on pre-upgrade version (running Android on S7). Now pointless for me; stops me submitting

Doesn't work on Android 7 - even after allowing permissions, it crashes when trying to capture photo

Reports had no response and password reset email does not work total waste of time

The app is great but nothing gets done when you report it. It's a waste of time reporting.

Can't even log a report. Don't bother to download. This app doesn't work.

So easy! I used to get annoyed seeing fly tipping around and this is the quickest way to report it. Good for broken stuff too.

Great to be able to send a photo of the actual problem. Easy to get it reported to the right people. registering the app with my existing account was easy. Disappointing that some councils choose to hide reports so we don't know what else is being reported.

Great app easy to use. Makes sure that Lewisham streets keep clean by repprting fly topping and rubbish dumping. Normally very good response by the council

I think the app works well, but I have not seen any of the reported issues being resolved by my Council which is Havering in Romford Essex..

Great app - I would have no idea how or who to tell about rubbish and dogs mess etc. I do now!

Made reporting a broken pavement slab in town really easy. Looking forward to not tripping on it anymore!

Anytime I try to submitt the report the app does so with some random addresses in the area I'm in at the time, despite the right address being typed in & accepted in the search bar. Can't edit or change before sending. Otherwise the app could be very usefull (at the moment submitting is pointles if you can't find the culprit)

Rubbish it won't let me put details in. I was looking forward to using it

Galaxy S2 & ICS Have used v1 a couple of times with success so decided to upgrade. Account validated straight away. Will test at first opportunity. Of all works ok will upgrade to 5 star.

Adding photos finally fixed. Could make it easier to find the category to submit under

It's a great tool, but at times the app feels like it's still in testing. Buttons are not always obvious, the messaging isn't clear, and after registering my new phone I had to restart the app in order to get going again. It could be great with a little love (the irony). If you want some free UX advice, get in touch. Btw, I also have the problem of not being able to upload photos (Nexus 5).

Since changing phone to Nexus 5 the add a photo or take a photo doesn't work.

I would 5*, but (1) being unable to store for edit before sending and (2) very tardy location discovery when GMaps knows where I am - loses you *s. Also: where's my status bar?!

Good simple functionality and a rapid response to the issues the app is designed to raise. Cant ask for more.

Nice idea and it did install and work which is more than I can say about the branded LoveWestSussex app which is incompatible with all my phones. Would like a way to go back and edit BEFORE I commit to send report to correct typos etc. Could not find a way. Much easier than using council website from smartphone. 5 * for that..

Worked fine until the v2 update, then unable to validate account with lcs. Have contacted for help but just told to reinstall which doesn't change problem.
