The London Pass for Android
Useless app. The mobile ticket is not an option. NOT WORKING. Do not buy it unless you can collect the physical pass card from their office. You put in the reference code and the verification code, press submit, and it's loading for ages. I let it "check up my details... loading, please wait" for over 40 minutes and nothing. And this four times. I tried uninstalling, rebooting my phone and reinstalled it, and still NOT WORKING!!! And yes, I had very good internet connection. Calling costumer service was a waste of time. They told me the same thing I tried anyway. Frustrating.
love the details around currency and phone numbers. but stops loading maps and pages after a while. uninstalled and re-downloaded, used wifi and full data still nothing. *update: app doesnt list all attractions vs what the website lists, so we missed out on some attractions. Also some times not up to date, had to go to destination's officially website to find out details. Next visit with friends I will not be using this app.
I just bought 3 london passes through the app. I been trying to download my London pass with my high speed internet connection but it's not working . And I m travelling tomorrow. So frustrating ????
Having the same issue as others. Purchased the Mobile Ticketing option. Received confirmation and downloaded this App for Android. Followed directions and entered codes provided. Then waited, waited some more and nothing happens. I have an excellent data connection. Email the info address provided with the confirmation email and waiting for a reply. Not impressed so far. Regret making this purchase if this is any indication to whats to come.
I have been trying to download my tickets for the past hour, yes using an internet connection and it's still looking up my details. Very unreliable app.
Like many other reviews, cannot load my pass on to the app, despite having an active data connection. Gets stuck on the looking up your details screen. This needs to be fixed.
Wrong position on their map (HMS Belfast for example). Useless notification and a lot of them.
Been trying to download my pass on my mobile device for the past few hours. Screen shows: "Looking up your details Please Wait" with spinning circle. Solid wifi internet connection. Tried also with 4G LTE. No progress.
App simply doesn't work.
The app is useful for looking up activities you get with the London Pass quicker than in the booklet. However, my 'favourite' list just showed the same 5 over again, not all the ones I favourites. Not helpful. It drained my battery a lot. It would be good if you could sort activities by time of day. For example, when it reached 5pm we wanted to know what else we could use our pass for. Turns out not a lot, but if you could sort the app by time (and get more evening activities) than would be great
App is not working. Tried to load the Mobile London Pass but is not working. It keeps saying "Please wait ... " . Sent an email but no reply back. Paid a lot of money and don't know how to fix it for using it. Worst experience with an app. Customer service 0. I had my mobile connection on so no reason to not work because of that.
Have been using it in London and have been very frustrated trying to use the favorites section, items keep disappearing then come back and multiple duplicates, the route does not work and you keep getting messages asking if you want to update to the latest app, but when you go to play store, there is no update
Slow and badly designed user interface. Sends tons of notifications that can't be opened
This app helped so much getting around the city! It helped plan our days!

Very useful app. I would be nice if the menu icons were larger, to be more intuitive to navigate between activities.

Broken on Android 7.1.1, it won't go beyond the "Looking up your details, please wait" screen after entering oder and verification numbers. It does work on my old phone with 6.0.1 though.
Will not activate my code and spent a week emailing support with no resolution except they know there is an issue with the program.
This app really does suck! I'm following the directions. contained in the email for loading the London Pass on the app. Keeps saying that my code is incorrect. Not a good start to this business relationship. I see others have had the same issue. Do you intend on fixing it?

Used it to go see London Tower, Westminster Abbey and do a boat cruise which was nice and it worked great. However, I received an obscene amount of notifications advertising more attractions which were annoying.
There are too many bugs and won't allow you to actually checkout with paypal or card..
It won't let me download my ticket. So many bugs!
Deleting the app because it just froze on my phone, couldn't get it to do anything. The London pass is poor value if you want to spend sufficient time to see an attraction reasonably well because you can't do enough things in the day to cover the cost.
The good: convenient all in one card, vip entrance at tower of london is nice The bad: overpriced, it is not likely that you will recover the value you paid, let alone the advertised amount. The ugly: many attractions shown here with an entry fee and counted towards that "value" are actually free. It is misrepresentation at best and fraud at worst. Museum of London, British Museum are just 2 straightforward examples. Overall: skip it, not ethical and not wortht it.
London pass isn't worth the money. One of the best sights are not included. At least I know better now how to spend my money the next time I'm in London.
Generally okay. But Hop on Hop off bus with Golden Tour is terrible. We waited for 30 mins and see other Hop on Hop off companies passing by(big bus london has most bues). The bus driver also missed the stop to the zoo. For the boat ride, it's all day ticket, but you can get cheaper ticket at the booth if you only need one way(in most cases). Also, there's really no much fastpass lane for the London Pass, all the attractions we had to wait in line except for the tower bridge. Not much savings for two day
Title says it all. App is sort of useful but the pop ups are doing my head in. Uninstalled as a result.

The app promised minimal WiFi user, but requires access for any map use. This greatly detracts from the app. I can't speak to the quality of the map experience, but can say that I couldn't use it. Also Windsor castle was closed. Google knew. This app had me visiting a closed attraction. Finally every time you leave the app, it resets. So, if your have the bus map open, and use anything else on your probe, your have to go back to the original menu.
Could you please add a map with all the activities proposed by the pass, so if we are in a certain area we can check all the other things to visit around... Thank you!
I bought this card thinking that it would save me some money. But all of the main and most interesting activities are not included (none of them, believe me). I've been in London for a week and still haven't used the damned card. I wish I could have that money back.
Tried for 2 days and my London Card would not sync with the app. Just says error occurred not what caused it
Would prefer if you got an alert when near a London pass activity / tour / building rather than trying to locate it on map.
Downloaded the app on my Samsung mobile. Whenever I try to sync my London Pass card with the app I get "an error occurred " message!

We bought this because we were told we could get the mobile ticket immediately, however the app doesn't work at all. Should be an option to get the mobile ticket by email because this ruined our itenerary completely. When I called their call centre they offered for us to pick up the ticket in London which is pointless when your in Windsor outside the castle. Really disappointing service.
