Cheap International Calls

I believed o2 are using this app to reap people off, For more than a month i couldn't use my balance then i thought it might be because my balance was low. I decided to make £10 top up yesterday and the issue still the same. I called the customer service, the lady I spoke to was so rude and nasty to me, lying it was a problem that started yesterday. She wasn't even ready to listen to what I had to say, she said if im not happy i should go and email the complaint review. From my observation o2 doesn't have time for this for this app, if this the case then it shouldn't be in the market. Guys dont download this app and if you already did, dont topup as you wont be able to use it.

This is just reap of from 02 l can not make calls for nearly a month Now ..... Just don't download it...Skype or VoIP is better and cheaper. The customer service is also poor.... And very rude as well

The app is run by O2 and that says it all. Very Poor connection and when it does connect we cannot hear each other clearly and now I am down to 10 mins it will not connect at all until I top up again, very bad service.

It is a disgrace! Worst app ever! There is always "sorry there has been a problem with your call blah blah blah". One sought help from o2 and it was a long painful process. It is just a rip off!

Please provide the ability to hijack international calls from main dialling pad like Rebtel app such that u don't need to open the app before you make an international call. Prove per second billing instead of minutes

29p a minute calls to Lithuania 3 times more expensive then Skype.

When trying to call someone it says there is an issue connection your call?

There was an issue connecting your call. That's what it says for months now. Uninstall and delete! Bye

Started at 5p per minute and without notice increased to 24p to the same call destination...quite a jump :(

Up until I found this App and downloaded it,my family had great expense to call me from Germany, Spain,France and Pakistan! With this App I can top up any time and then It last's me for absolute Ages! I find that,using Landlines,I only pay £0.01per Minute! If I call a mobile phone,or Smartphone, it costs £0.04 per Minute! So £10 lasts me for a few hours! Its worth to anyone to download this App,if you are in a position of having family,friends or even Business Contacts all over the globe!

It's a crap every time I make a call it charges me the minute, but the call never goes true. And if that wasn't enough, now it's more expensive....

I have been trying to make a phone call to Romans by it does nothing to work. Too bad! What is going on?

Great App. Simple install and your good to go . Keeps you up to date on minutes remaining and call rates are excellent. Would highly recommend for anyone calling international.

This app with superb clarity. But call rate is almost similar to their International Sim call rate, where bonus also available.

Many times I hear this message :"sorry it's been an issue connecting your call" ..

Will never recommend. It is rubbish.

I wish I'd known about this sooner. I have to make frequent but v short calls to my grandmother in italy. It was costing me a fortune, this is so much better! Connection is usually good. One downside is call logs: my phone logs only tell me that I called worldchat, not who I actually called; The logs in the app tell me who, but not which of their 2 or 3 numbers - this makes a big difference to cost so would be useful to know. However it's sooooo much cheaper that I'm not going to gripe about that!

I was advise to go for this by one of the sales employee at the phone supplier branches. I used to have two phones. One for national calls, one for internationals ones. No need anymore and the price is so much lower than my previous setup. Would recommend. Only give it four stars at it will only work over the data (i think). It did not work when in was outside my standard country of residence.

It's great very easy to use clear connections two negative I can't use it when I don't have O2 signal and I'm using TU to make calls which is when ever I am at home. Set to auto top up at £2:50 but topped up at £2:95 which I'm not happy about .

Guys you've taken away the International calling cards and left users with this mess. That's the slowest and the least stable app I've ever seen on Android. Maybe it's time to fix the bugs and give the users proper replacement? Another thing is the rates... Why are they higher than it was on the calling cards?

It was good and working fine until recently it has stopped working. It says it needs an internet connection. But there is a data connection. And keeps coming with an error message. I have uninstalled and reinstalled it but still nothing. The app loads fine just doesn't allow you to make a call.

Now i cant top up a lways get please try later and if im on a call at 4am i get cut off and told sorry theres a problem connecting you.... now i cant top up 3 days later still cant top up ....

Been using the app for few months now and seem to be working fine. Feels like a normal phone call. Cannot see any difference between direct call and app call. Hope it stays that way 5*

Nice idea and this could be really useful, but the call quality is consistently unacceptable. last time the beginning of the conversation was played back to me...that has nothing to do with the Internet connection.

I couldn't be happier with this product. The reception is crystal clear, sounds as though they are right next to me, the cost has far exceeded my expectations, I keep waiting for the rub! Where is the catch?

Fantastic! Easy to upload cash for credit. Connects easily. Only issue is that it doesn't allow you to edit numbers once typed in so can only delete... otherwise calling South Africa is amazing!

Have been using the app for the last couple of months and been quite impressed with the ease of use. I'd initially been sceptical having read bad reviews but have had no problems to date. Love that it remembers all your international numbers and you don't have to dial access codes and pins like the old calling cards. One touch international calling at decent rates. Quality of call connections and lines are better than the old calling cards too. Would recommend!

There's always a problem with the line. It doesn't matter who is on the other side of the line a friend from Norwegia or my mother from Hungary the half of the time is incomprehensible. Its okay if its free but for this amount of money definitely not worth it. I'm disappointed.

If you need to call family on a regular basis who reside in Africa, this app is very good and very cheap. I get connected every time and you are only charged when you are connected, unlike other call cards who sting you with a bill even if you are not connected. My only gripe is the quality of sound which fluctuates between clear and noisy.
