O2 Priority Tickets

This one doesn't work. Doesn't activation code. I can't believe that the largest network, who offers their customers perks can't give them Access to the perks. - most of the others apps are also poor and inconsistent. I guess no one gets fired for poor apps so they continue.

Took multiple attempts to obtain an activation code and when I did, it took fifteen minutes to go to the event I was trying to book (having clicked the second presale went live) by which time the allocation had gone. This was on maxed WiFi too, so not a case of network speed at phone end. Will be uninstalling and just sticking to Livenation which actually works.

Phone - Samsung Galaxy S7 edge- I've installed and reinstalled numerous times but it still won't load. I click to open app, then app opens and tries to load but the loading circle just continuously spins.

Never had a problem in all the time I've been using it until now. Is it the app or the S7 I now use??? Please look into.... I'm potentially missing out on tickets.

Installed this app yesterday morning on my S5 and popped my mobile number in and clicked the 'get activation code' it confirmed it was being sent but nothing received. Not sure how long it's supposed to take but it's been about 30 hours since and nothing received via text or email.

Doesn't link with my o2 priority account. There is no way to activate the app nor sign in so cannot buy tickets. It says the android bug is fixed - keep trying o2 there's a lot more bugs in this crap app.

I had to revert to the original (factory) installed version of play store on my Samsung Galaxy Note 4 to get it to install

Installed on my new Samsung S7 and it isn't even loading so i can put the start up code in. Continous spinning circle! Uninstalling and installing again hasn't worked either.

When searching the app crashes constantly and then tells me it thinks I had gone so u have to log out and back in.

This app doesn't now work on my Samsung galaxy S5

Tried to find Jimmy Eat World tickets, they were displayed on the priority website but not found on the app. Didn't trust it, deleted it.

Since the last "fix" the app won't load on Galaxy S6 edge plus

Absolute sh@# app don't bother even looking at it. What the hell are you doing 02? Sort it out you offer priority tickets to your faithful customers with an app that doesn't work.

As with your WiFi app, this app does not work. How can a national company create apps that simply don't work? It is pretty appalling!

Gone to use this to buy tickets and it won't load, just shows connection error, request timeout exception...
