O2 Store & Share for Android
Despite being a pay monthly customer, it won't long me in. And what's with the crappy mobile site container?
First time uploading photos and it crashed
Dont even work lmao
Will not work.
Like many others, can't log on after new version released. Please sort this out.
Fantastic app, easy to use.
Just a BB
Works fine but I already use Google to store my pictures. 8 GB is only enough for light users, which I am not
Won't even let me sign in
Cant get into my account
As above
It does the job
So easy to upload pictures
Love 02
Keeps saying network error when I try to log in
Easy app - love the auto upload
This app will not close unless forced and it zapped a fully charged GS5 battery overnight. The phone got hot as well. Uninstalled as I don't want o2 responsible for burning my house down
Its very basic.. Could do with options to select what you want to backup. A restore option would be nice. Seems to have bug or two... when you have more than 6500 photos. It just freezes and clashes a lot also wont autobackup. I am paying £5 a month for this.. Please Fix
Does all the music videos contacts, what else do you need.
Trying to set it up and keeps telling me that the Max Limit reached for identities to have the same contact number. Well considering its the first time I've used this service and input my number I'm perplexed as to the issue.
Keeps telling me I'm inputting wrong email/password yet I can log into My O2 with the same information.
So backed up my phone photos and downloads using this app before a factory reseted my z3. Now I've got the phone back up and running I can't download anything back onto my phone. And if I cancel the account I will lose it all. So I'm stuck with some thing that takes photos and file, and stores them but won't let me download them when I need them. What the the point. Should have gone with some thing else and paid for the storage.
Great cloud, fast and reliable and neatly done.
Can't even login to app. Stats to use O2 login detail. Dissopointed
Brilliant app
8mb of backup free sounded useful, I was going to use it to ensure that my contacts etc were up to date, but it has a sticky notification to view my photos - I'm not going to use it for my photos as I have a lot more free storage on the backup I do use for photos and videos. So I just have a sticky notification of the fact that I can not view my photos and videos taking up space on my notifications, and an extra app running. Removed again; the majority of this stuff is backed up on Google anyway and if not I'd rather find something that didn't use sticky notifications that I won't use - I have the icon for the app if I really want to look at the stuff I shot on my phone , viewing it on my phone, but choosing to view it from the cloud instead of from my phone.
Every time I try log in using email and password its not working saying no sync protect.o2
but I can get into MyO2 so I'm using the correct details.
Asked for contact number to send a text code. Entered code and says I've reached the maximum limit for identities to have same contact number. Tried 6 times. Give in with it.
The option to select which folders are backed up would be good (without WhatsApp etc). The notification which you can't dismiss without opening the app is especially annoying.
Everyvtime i try to load a song onto this from music i downloaded it says unfortunally it has stopped, why does it come up
Backed up all photos, I went through them as I didnt want to back all photos up but the ones I deleted off the app were removed from my phone so now I have NO photos. Up until then I was actually impressed :(
Uninstalled within the hour due to a persistent notification and no where in settings to remove it! No thank you...
it was easy to back up.
I've signed in 5 or 6 times. It doesn't save my details, goes in to a loop and tells me details are wrong. Well at least it answers the question of what Sony's Simians are doing now.
Can't access the app so can't review it. Keep having to force close.

Tried many times to login but just gives an error message. Works fine on my Galaxy Tab S2 but will not work on my Galaxy S7. What's the problem o2? It seems there are many similar complaints.
