My Network for Android
Does as it says however a bit glitchy and UI can be better designed for better UX. @Jake Wilson, you need to turn off your WiFi and then run network speed test so it can use your cellphone network!
Pointless report back does not work anymore not like issues got rectified anyway
Coverage data is actually out of date. E.g. Brecon area (LD3) actually has 4g now, but this isn't shown in the app.
Checks your signal, runs up and down loads checks, saves results to history. Nothing more.
Shame really
Complete waste of time. Total crap!
02 NETWORK AND ALL THE GURU TEAM ESQWISET THANK YOU ALL PHANOMINAL SERVICE BRILLIANT
For some reason the button that starts the speed test doesn't work anymore on my huawei p8
Consumes alot of battery
Total load of rubbish
I just want exclusive data up to £19.00
Wow! This really works. Great app.
Fanks
Great
Works fantastic, and speed test works perfectly OK on cellular network. To all those numpties moaning that the speed test only works on WiFi - you need to DISABLE WiFi before running speed test.
Useless, says it can't find me? Even though my location is on. Only been with them 2 weeks and already a worse signal than my previous provider. Only able to get 2g where I am, my god it's 2017 not 2007,sort it out!!
The app allows you to do a internet speed test, but it does this over wifi. Why on an app that measures your mobile signal and data does it try to test your Wi-Fi signal. Bit of a pointless app because O2 don't do anything about it. I've reported the fact that o have no signal and they just say we can't find a fault. Overall I'd say the app was a bit of a waste of space because O2 don't actually care if you have signal or not.
Does a very good job of telling you. That despite supposedly having a very good 4G signal where I live, the actual GPRS download speed that I get and general information in the website. Is in fact total bull. Worst mobile internet I've ever experienced.
It's a basic app really but if you just want a quick idea of your phone network speeds and basic coverage idea then it does what it needs too. You need too adjust things from drop down menu on certain things too get more from it. Also re location I found it easier typing a postcode rather than just place and then pressing done via my keyboard and it worked perfectly. Let's hope this continues. It isn't a bad app. It's good for what you need.
An app facilitating network error reporting is prone to customer frustration. Awful app, fails to take network measurements unless it can download a config file which you can't do when the network isn't functioning. The upshot of any deferred reports is always 'no problem here'. Pointless app, makes you more frustrated with O2 than if the app didn't exist.
As I continually have problems with 02 at my home location I thought i would install this app to help prove that there are continual problems with data dropping from 4G to nothing, phone signal strength going from 4 bars to 0 with the result being that I continually miss calls and lose internet. What is the point of having an app that only allows you to test and report back your data connection when connected to a data signal. How are you supposed to show O2 there is an intermittent problem?

Coverage maps are pointless, they only show the coverage o2 thinks they has, not the actual coverage . The report function is pretty useless, no one ever contacts you and if you report too many isues you 'reach your quota' and can't log any more . All in all I wouldn't bother, it's a total waste of time
Their customer services are incompetent liars. Given false information 3 times in a row then hounded to pay immediately which wasn't what we agreed
Downloaded the network app on request of call center op, surprise surprise it dosnt work, map cant find Bristol (will only locate o2 dome, when you try to drag to your location, it just goes back to original location), tryed speed test, comes back saying i have no data coverage (even thou iv just downloaded the app over data). Another crap product from a company whos service is getting worse by the day. Think its time to move to ee, at least then il be able to use my phone when i want :(
Great app, works well. Very useful when checking problems, coverage and checking to see where the masts are etc. Feedback feature is very usef too.
If I could give it zero stars I would. Absolutely NO calling or Internet in the north east of Scotland from Tain to John O Groats only got 2G calling in Thurso to be told they were working on masts, funny other networks had use of the same towers. All I got from O2 is we had 2G in Dornoch, NO I BLOODY DID NOT!!!! No refund either.
The app never sends the reports... Is there a set-up screen I have missed on it somewhere?
Needs some work speed test never works and app keeps crashing since last update
Thought this app was quite useful, until I noticed that it's using more of my data than a lot of other apps. I would and did expect it to not be included in my allowance, similar to My02 works. Uninstalled.
Checks your signal, runs up and down loads checks, saves results to history. Nothing more.
brill app shows you where all the hot spots are and speed test works brill
I can easily get to see how my signal and WiFi also how my speed is up to scratch
Speed test failed on download but 4G is working ok :-)
Crap coverage in my area only get 2g
Great app and i'm very satisfied with customer service
Vrooooooom.
Voice recognition
Good first tried did what needed

App constantly throws out error messages when you want to report poor signal, speed checks use loads of your data (come on o2, this should be free) and nothing is ever done about the reports that you send. All in all I wouldn't even bother downloading it, its a total waste of space
