- Una volta effettuata la configurazione di WoozThat, quando ricevi una chiamata anonima devi rifiutarla con il bottone "Identifica" o il bottone "Rifiuta".

- Entro due minuti riceverai una notifica contenente il numero di telefono della persona che ti ha chiamato con l'anonimo.

- Nella lista delle chiamate anonime rifiutate con WoozThat verranno visualizzate solo le chiamate anonime rifiutate dopo l'installazione dell'app.

- Attenzione: se chi chiama con l'anonimo chiude la telefonata prima di ricevere il segnale di occupato, la chiamata anonima (anche se rifiutata) non può essere identificata perché non viene deviata alla nostra centrale.

- Alcuni smartphone al primo avvio di WoozThat chiedono il permesso di mostrare le notifiche dell'app. Bisogna cliccare su "Consenti". Se per sbaglio si clicca "Nega" o non si clicca nulla è necessario andare nelle impostazioni del telefono relative a WoozThat e selezionare "Mostra notifiche". Se non viene dato il consenso all'invio di notifiche WoozThat non può inviare la notifica col numero del chiamante anonimo.

- Ti consigliamo di verificare il tuo credito telefonico (sono gratuiti sia WoozThat sia inoltrare una telefonata, ma alcuni operatori richiedono che il credito telefonico non sia terminato per inoltrare una chiamata; noi suggeriamo di avere sempre almeno 1 euro).

- Ti suggeriamo di verificare la "deviazione su occupato" verso il nostro numero 0910845200 digitando *#67**11#

- Se per sbaglio hai cancellato i dati dell'app, dovresti disinstallarla completamente e reinstallarla, potrai comunque effettuare una nuova installazione utilizzando il tuo numero di telefono.

- Al momento WoozThat nei telefoni dual SIM funziona solo con una delle due SIM, ovvero quella utilizzata al momento dell'installazione dell'app. Stiamo lavorando per aggiungere il supporto della seconda SIM. Nel frattempo è possibile usare "Parallel Space" (NB: questa app non è di nostra proprietà).

- Affinché una chiamata venga identificata è necessario che sia anonima e che venga rifiutata. Se vuoi fare un test facendoti chiamare da un altro telefono devi anteporre al tuo numero #31# (da smartphone) o *67# (da rete fissa).

- WoozThat è l'app gratuita per identificare le chiamate anonime in entrata, non è stata progettata per inviare sms, effettuare telefonate o identificare numeri in chiaro.

- Non è necessario essere connessi a Internet quando si rifiuta la chiamata anonima da identificare, ma è necessario essere connessi a Internet sia per ricevere la notifica con il numero in chiaro della chiamata anonima rifiutata sia per accedere alle funzionalità dell’app stessa.

- Per alcune numerazioni 377 al momento non è possibile creare l'account. Stiamo lavorando per aggiungere tale compatibilità. WoozThat: FREE app that allows you to identify unknown calls.
