I couldn't get beyond Section 10 of Unit 1 because the instructions had no translation, the Welsh in the instructions was well beyond the stage being learned and at least one word wasn't in my dictionary. Because there is no help system or anyone to call or ask, the rest of the course can't be accessed because you have to submit your answer at each stage before you can move on to another. Also, in most cases the beginnings of words are missed off the audio pronunciations - not at all helpful.

I registered but where it said username I couldn't enter one. Absolutely ludicrous. It was grey and wouldn't let me put one in

I downloaded the 'sylfaen' app first and was completely stumped by it, as I am starting from scratch. After searching again, I found this app, but I just cannot access it. Filled in the registration details for my email, then tried logging in. First, I got an error message "unknown error", then when I try again I just get sent back to the title screen. I managed to get past the title screen once, but it just sent me to a screen with a loading icon, then the app stops responding. Absolutely useless.

I registered on the second one and now can't log in on the first one. I even tried registering with my other email and it still didn't work.

As others found the first app, registered found it was not at the beginning which I needed. Searched and found the second app and that wouldn't let me sign on. Surely some sort of message on the first app pointing to the beginners app is needed. Won't let me login, needs to be fixed. Unhappy.

It looked like it would be a great app to start. First, I got an error message when trying to download it. I tried again, and it downloaded fine. But, I can't register. I just keep getting an error message over and over. Very disappointed. :(

Downloaded latest version, registered using Facebook, but can't log on due to 'unknown issue logging in'.

So far the app looks good BUT the record audio section doesn't seem to work, there's no playback so assuming it's not recorded? Also, at the end of the module (survival levels so far) you get a score, but no feedback as to what this score means.

Has potential but is lacking adequate testing on the basics. Forgotten password doesn't seem to work. Unable to login with error 'unknown issue occurs'.

On a Note 10.1 2014 and a Galaxy S4 the app fails to record any sound

Not very user friendly on a tablet, when the arrows disappear from the screen in the help stage. No guidance on audio (speaking) screens - I spoke - now what? You can't register with Facebook - the user name is greyed out on registration screen and it insists you chose a new one - how exactly? But most appaling is size of download - 233MB, which slows my device down. Follow SSIW example and have modules in the cloud. Not much good for me as very much for beginners and I've been learning 18 months.
