Updated from myhome. No longer recognises my login details so app is unusable

Was brilliant but in the last month or so has stopped working on my S4. Just get loading screen then nothing :-(

Working good until last update. Now does not work at all on my smartphone. Works OK on my laptop. Have re-booted the hub, removed and re-installed the app. and tried so many times and reported it many times with no response. Very disappointed.

Has stopped working on my S2. Says it can't find the WiFi. But all my other apps are having no problem. Still works on my husband's S3. It would happen just when it's getting cold!

I have changed my phone and the app just stopped. I have used this app for 2 years without a problem and I use it weekly. Now I can't even open it. Please sort the problem of lollipop out as we need it. Rang bg they suggested that I could take my phone and have lollipop removed and an older version put on. A guy called Michael Baillie sorted all this out for me in 1 day he is a star

Since my phone updated to latest version of Android this app is awful. Before it worked flawlessly but now when I try and enter the schedule it just crashes every time.

Have never had any issues with this app on my S2 before but has now stopped working(no network connection but connections r fine) tried uninstall and installed again but still the same. Had 2 use laptop in the end. Get the app fixed as i used 2 love this option

Emails bounce so no way to contact developers. Can't use the schedule any more. Useless.

Was a good App, until I upgraded to Lollipop on Android. Everytime I try to access the schedule, the app crashes.... Come on British Gas... Please get it sorted out!!!!

This app appears to have stopped working properly on Android Lollipop. Going into the schedule the app crashes. Can you please fix?

After updating to lollipop when I try to access 'schedule' the app closes. I can adjust temperatures but can't adjust the schedule which is an important feature. Given that the website schedule is difficult (very) to alter on a smartphone this needs addressed and quickly.

Worked brilliantly before on android KitKat. Now that I've upgraded to lollipop it crashes every time I go into schedule. Have reported it but nothing has happened.

This was brilliant until like many who have written a review, up graded to lollipop. It is about time British Gas moved with the times and got this sorted.

App worked great until I upgraded my android version to lollipop. Keeps crashing when opening schedule. Please issue a fix.

The clarity of this app is poor against that of the original My Home. The fonts are too small and use needless indistinct colours on a smartphone. Replace your graphics designer with one who views his final work on the instrument people will use it on instead of the large monitor screen he is using in its design. In no way as clear a design as its predecisor. Really poor effort with no concept of what busy people need.

Not quite there yet but love it!

Immediately crashes when trying to access the schedule. I'm sure it's tough for such a small organisation to master the art of designing reliable apps.

Pretty good app however the ability to adjust the heating schedule is gone since I updated to lollipop and attempting to access the schedule makes the app crash.

The app works really well. The only issue I have is that I can't access the schedule since upgrading to lollipop.

Having paid £200 for the installation of the hardware a couple of years ago, British Gas have decided to not carry out app updates any more, resulting in the app being broken in Lollypop. The support email address has even been discontinued, without any word to customers.

Worked fine five star but now unable to amend schedule since phone upgrade to lollipop. Needed due to shift work. Wonder if Hive has replaced this. :-( Please fix.

App turns heating on and off, but trying to access the schedule crashes the app on android 5.0.1 (lollypop). Which is a petty major flaw.

Scheduling does not work in Lollipop, it did before the upgrade. It is very disappointing, please sort it out.

UPDATE May 2015: It seems this conflict with Android 5 is not being fixed - instead, users are to be migrated to the "Hive" system, though there is no indication from British Gas as to when this will take place. 17 Dec 14; BG confirmed to me today that they have accepted the app doesn't work under Lollipop and are working on a fix. App crashes under Android 5 "Lollipop" if any attempt is made to enter Schedule mode.

Works well under android 4.4.2, but nobody seems to have noticed that you cannot access the schedule under android 5.0.1, at least on an HTC one m8

Seems to crash now that I'm on lollipop when trying to access schedule. Worked fine beforehand. British Gas do not seem in a hurry to fix which says a lot.

Currently not working with Galaxy S5 (recent software upgrade) - waiting on fix from British Gas as at 13/02/15

Worked great previously. After Lollipop update now crashes when try to view schedule. Judging by other comments this has been a known issue for at least 2 months so very disappointing not been resolved.

Why do British gas continue to promote this app on their website when they clearly know it doesn't work with probably the most common mobile operating system! I also think BG are washing their hands of it and just supporting Hive which is disgraceful when you consider the amount of money customers paid for this system

It is rubbish! The app doesn't display or work properly on an LG G3. When the heating is set to 5C ie off, the app shows 20.5C! I can't use the slider on the side of the thermometer and I can't see my schedule or do much else for that matter! What a rubbish app!!! I wish I could give it 0 out of 5!!!

As soon as tablet updated to lollipop, schedule part keeps closing the app.

I cannot access my schedule since the last upgrade on the app and on android. It is now somewhat useless as I cannot access my heating controls remotely. I have reported this to British Gas twice so far. It used to work flawlessly.

But now force closing on trying to view schedule: running Android 5.0. Would like a 'holiday' schedule function too.

As with lots of others, I can't change the schedule any more...useless app and very unhappy with British gas support

Just reinstalled.....Still broke on lollipop. Crashes if I try to go to the schedule since the phone update. Now useless.
