PEPS Coaching

PEPS Coaching has been carefully designed to help coaches and teachers manage the ever-changing demands of young athletes engaged in sport. As each student progresses their needs will change as they mature; PEPS is an easy-to-use resource that can be used prior, during, or after a session, to assist sports trainers in adapting training to the needs of individual students.

Training guidance is broken down by age and characteristic; we identify key physiological, emotional, psychological or social characteristics for each age category, and then give tips on how to best enhance training. As a result, teachers and coaches help their students to develop positive attitudes and get the most from their sessions.
