NHS 24 MSK help for Android
Used for my shoulder a few years ago and about to use again for back issues
Easy to follow!
For back pain
Won't let me install
Some of the exercise videos don't play so the app is no good for what I want to use it for.
When trying to set reminders you cannot set a time after 12:00. If you try 15:00 it converts it to 03:00. Also, it would be handy to be able to duplicate reminders with different times instead of having to type all the details in again.
Absolutely useless. No info on Glutis muscle group and still waiting on an update as still showing 2013 was last update. Not impressed.
Unable to click on the box to accept the disclaimer when I tried this on my Android phone. Hopeless. Will not be recommending to my patients sadly.
Absolutely useless
Apps is great I use it to remind myself to take medication but when trying to set dates for January 2016 is says 'cannot set dates in the past'
Cannot get past disclaimer screen. What is the point? NHS making themselves look good again!

Tells me exercises to follow which I would not have known. Saves a doctor's time. If they don't work then an appointment appropriate. Makes sense to me.
To the other users if you update the app. it should start working I have just updated mine and it is now working I have been able to accept the conditions and can now see all features. Have given the app three stars just now because I have only just started using it.
Works perfectly, a great handy app to have for back problems
Can't even get by the disclaimer

Uses more like a website squashed into an app. Too wordy at some points. The content needs refinement for app. Succinctness is important. Hopefully NHS project team has costed in development for beta, future versions and support.
Tick boxes on the first disclaimer page don't work so can't actually use the app.
Can't get past the bloody thing
Won't let me past terms page even after ticking box to accept them. 2nd NHS app that's crap and 2nd that I've uninstalled within 2 minutes of installing. DON'T WASTE TIME OR SPACE!
Can't get passed the disclaimer the two tick box's don't work just like the nhs crap
It isn't as informative as just doing a simple check online or visiting your gp.

When it asks did you do an exercise and you say yes, it still shows you how to do it. Bit annoying, be handy if you could free fomat excercises.
