No maps actually in the trafford centre anymore, presumably because they want you to use this app. App wants a mobile number and an email address, plus it wants to access your media. After all that you're treated to a horrible interface- put me off the trafford centre for good.

Useless for directions - doesn't move your location no matter where you go - shops also missing like wilko

maps & info points in the shopping mall have been removed in favour of adverts for among other things this app, yet the app doesn't have the metrocentre in its list of locations. Useless and very annoying, now forced into using google to find my way round a shopping centre.

Where is the Metro Centre? STILL NOT BEEN ADDED. COME ON INTU GET IT FIXED!!!

So they've taken away maps at Lakeside in exchange for two information points and this app. Yeh ok, the app, sounds like a good idea. But say you need to find the toilets, or a particular store. Is there a search facility on your phone map - nope. You've got to search the map yourself, kinda like a treasure hunt I suppose. Yesterday I tried to find Lacoste - this isn't even on the map!

Map is difficult to use as you can't see all the shop names without zooming in and clicking on expandable icons. Hard to zoom in. Searched for Lakeland in the Trafford Centre and got no result then found it by myself. Uninstalled.

This app is very poor. That's if you can call it an app. Other than the offers (which arn't really offers) and the map there is no point to it. The offers are not really offers, I was expecting offers specifically to the app users but instead they are more like advertisements to the stores sales. I don't know how it can be an offer if it's available for over 1500 days. The competitions button plus the others around it just takes you away from the app and directs you to the website through your browser.

Why do we HAVE TO give our email address and phone number to use the app? Surely we should have an option not to give this info and still use the app.

It doesn't recognise/have MetroCentre as an applicable store, which is a bit pointless.

The map could not be used as a replacement for the printed one. No directions. Strange categories.

Installed this app whilst enjoying an Americano coffee at the Potteries Centre in Hanley. Launched it and the app stopped responding and closed whilst attempting to establish my location. Buggy app - promptly removed from phone.

Does not work at all and you have to register to use it. Downloaded and uninstalled twice. The app crashes and jams the phone. The only way to clear is uninstall app. When you do manage to open app no details of shops are found. Search also does not work. 0 stars.

When launched it asks for GPS location, then crashes. When I try again it just refuses to launch... A complete waste of effort, battery power and data used.

Not very INTUitive. Thought Gateshead Metro might be on. Doesn't work anyway so doesn't really matter!

Having installed this app it failed to find my location, even when I tried to input this manually.

Constantly crashes and won't load any store lists so not really much use.
