HSBC UK Mobile Banking

Not compatible with Xiaomi Redmi 4X. I'm able to install it, but the app crashes just after trying to open it. Could you please fix it? Thank you

Look n feel is ok but this is nearly 2018 and no fingerprint login. Less features than the old one. Still feels slow.

So much better than the old one. Will give 5 stars when you can log in using prints like on the iOS version.

It looks much better than the old one and includes ability to pay new people, hooray! A couple of niggles though - the log off option seems to disappear on some screens, it should always be present. Pressing the back button from the log on screen doesn't close the app - this is expected on android phones. And fingerprint login would be ace! Thanks HSBC ????????

Much better layout. Easy to navigate. More features than before with some more still in development by the looks of it. I look forward to seeing what's to come. Glad to be able to pay someone new without logging on the website!

Where is the fingerprint login...it's the only thing we needed from the new app..come on guys get this right!

Switched to this new app and although the look is much improved over the old one there is still no fingerprint login and and it's still pretty slow.

Will give this five stars when it has biometric login like the iPhone version. Feature parity in banking apps should be a priority.

Better design than the old app. Still no fingerprint login. Back button not working properly.

Much much better than the old app. Pay new people and generally looks better. Just needs a finger print log in for android.

Echoing others: Easy transfer from old app and much better. Could do with fingerprint login like the Apple version otherwise would have given 5.

I like the transfer from the old app, very quick. Could do with login using finger print scanner though.

It appears that the app has been disabled for those with foreign phones. Looking at the reviews it appears that those with xiaomi phones cannot access the HSBC apps

Many bugs, less functionality than the old app and cleared my settings for the old app, doesn't support password manager

Really great app just wish i could use my fingerprint to log in like ios users can.

The UI looks much cleaner than the previous app. The only issue is that it does not have a fingerprint login.

I love the new app great new features including report lost and stolen cards.

No fingerprint log in, cannot see what pending transactions are going in and out. Most banking apps have these features.

Smooth transition... Smooth app.

Nice new design. Still NO FINGERPRINT LOGIN..... something I miss when I moved from iOS.

Looks better than the old app but: 1) I still can't log in with a fingerprint 2) I still can't exit with a singla tap on the back button 3) It still doesn't log me out automatically when I exit by pressing the home button 4) It still takes a long time to load the log in screen after tapping open. Device identification doesn't need to take that long, it doesn't take that long on any of my other banking apps. So really the experience is much the same as with the old app. I look forward to future updates because at least you're finally doing something about your UK app (applause).

Timely update! Not only does it look so much better than the clunky old one, I just lost my debit card and was able to order a new one straight through the app! Finally HSBC looks like its moving full tilt into the digital age of mobile banking, let's hope this app keeps getting better

A big improvement from the old dull HSBC app. However, a few issues to get it to 5 stars is still no fingerprint login. A number id would also be a good option rather than typing in password. Other issue is that I like to keep tabs on pending payments. I read online this would be on the app but a massive shame it's not.

Hard to find in store. Does less than the old App and old issues not fixed. Avoid. Check your App settings on install to make it even work.
