This app has loads of potential. Unfortunately a lot of the items wouldn't expand and if you can't click on what you want to look at then you buy the products elsewhere. HOF isn't exactly shy on profits you'd have thought they could've invested in a glitch free app. I'm running this on the Pixel XL android 7.0.

Constantly freezes or loses connection (no problems with any other apps losing connection). Search function is a joke and frequently crashes mid-search. Would be good if you could move app to SD card

Won't load thus useless

The apps search facility is a joke! Tapping this does NOT result in a field appearing that I could type in to. What tapping it does is bring up a ludicrous message which reads: "Your history is empty.  You dont have any recent searches.  Start shopping now." I have neither time or intention to spend trawling the app for what Im looking for. Why cant I just type in to a box what I am looking for and hit search? Ludicrous! I deleted this app. Total waste of time and space!

I feel like the vibration feedback when you put something in your bag should have an option to be turned off. Because of this feature, it has put me off so much shopping on this app. It is extremely annoying.

Searched for items, some appeared but as soon as started to scroll through they disappeared and said there were no items in the category, even though the search had found 47 items. Uninstalled.

The filter never works! The app keeps crashing as well.

This app would be better if it paired trousers/waistcoats with jackets that you are browsing

It freezes everynow and then needs to be checked up .... is a pity I love to buy from them

App basket items don't sync with items added to basket on website (and vice versa).

I have to sign in each time I open the app.

It takes ages... and even if you wait, the pictures of that product never uploads. Please fix this.

Filters are so simple ,so if you have 1000 products in category how I can on earth find what I want ??????? There is no filters at all like leather no leather or any other ,no proper info about products !

I've moved from iso to android and found the android app unusable. Poor in all ways. Does not remember saved items or log in. App is more like the Web browser and nothing like the app. Please improve.

This app constantly freezes which is seriously frustrating mid-shop. Wouldn't waste your time.

Constantly freezing when putting items in the basket so u often have to do the search again or refresh.

Decent interface, easy to use etc but freezes very often.

I had lost my card and if i not wrong i got quite lot of points inside, then now i don't know how to retrieved back my points which i got inside my lost card..

Not much point if it won't let me buy stuff

Very frustrating app - can't cope with displaying large number of results - filtered results fail to load & browsing stops after a time.

If u want a nightmare shopping then download this app! It doesn't load pages properly so u have to reload just to try and put something in your basket. It doesn't filter results either so u will always get the linea brand 1st even if u don't want it!! Frustrating joke!!
