Homebase

To call it slow is an understatement! Wasted 2 hours on here and couldn't buy anything as nothing was available for home delivery! What! I wouldn't have added to basket if it wasn't available. Couldn't sign up on the app as it said my email address didn't match up. That's a serious glitch! Used Pc to sign up and will now use again to close account. The app also crashed several times and it was almost impossible to view the feedback as the scroll control is glitched. Don't waste your time with homebase

A poor user experience. Slow and clunky interface that is unnavigable. Sign in is laborious and constantly told me my password was invalid despite conforming to every rule. No menu to choose between garden, DIY, furniture etc. So difficult to find what I was looking for that I gave up.

Tried for a while day to buy a bargain sofa. Either their servers were getting hammered out this is a genuinely slow, broken app

Tried on several devices, frequently items do not load and have not yet been able to complete a purchase as it always tells me payment details are incorrect when using a homebase card

Works way too slow and can't even get in to my basket, doesn't load it.

A large app for what it is and is quite slow. I'll just stick to the website.

Images don't work. Product details don't work. Search doesn't work. Lost an entire wish list once when I was in store referring to it. A shocker of an app. Symptomatic of why this store & Home Retail Group are in such a sorry, clueless state.

Says my postcode is invalid last I checked it was correct considering royal mail manage with it ok......deleted this useless app

This app doesn't hold your basket between shopping and checking out. Come on Homebase sort it out. I had to screen shot the basket and complete the shopping on my computer.

Had to sign up twice after it timed out , had to reset password, it added unwanted multiples of single items to basket, it timed out again , it gave me an error message on payment and finally, one of the items in the basket was wrong, (could have been my fault, but it seemed the app had changed it) couldn't edit order to amend- have to wait until I can call customer service tomorrow. An annoying experience!

Don't bother with this app, just browse the normal website instead which is much easier to use.

Typed in "kitchen tiles" NO RESULTS. Typed in "kitchen" no results. Result for "Home base App" No go.

Great to be able to browse without having yo yo to store and fight for a car park space!!

The 5 is for the design of the App and animation , which is very good. White maybe part of Homebase , but to look at as an App = Headache on the Eyes = Darker background please
