The list of restaurants needs updating as ones close to us have ceased to trade

Frustrating to use. Got free membership from Admiral insurance. Will not be using it.

If your email isn't working count the number of asterisks to see if they have ignored, '.' in your address or elongated "Gmail" to "Googlemail" etc

Easily find the nearest restaurants accepting hi-life cards! And the in app card great for when you dont have your actual card with you!!

Please fix the bugs in this app. Some fundamental bugs with current and specific location searching. Having to exit and restart when needing to navigate back from some screens within the app.

Assuming you are a member, this App is essential for easy use of your card and also means you don't need your card with you as it displays your membership for you. It's easy to find local restaurants with the App and it tells you all you need to know about each place. It sometimes seems slow to work but it has never let me down once I'd figured out that I needed to register it with my membership number! It's quick and simple. Wouldn't be without it.

Really good app. Have used it twice now. Finds any Hi-Life restaurant near you and when you are ready to ask for your bill you just click on the place you are in and your Hi-Life card pops up to show your server.

Since I've gotten this membership and used this app, it has saved me loads of money, I am regularly using it at my favourite restaurant, I can't wait to explore more cuisine, we'll worth the money. It's easy to use, love it and would recommend it to all :)

Hopeless app, much worse than Tastecard. Search function is useless, as it seems you can only search for restaurants near to you (what if you want to book ahead?). Will uninstall as soon as my trial period ends.

Brill app, saved myself lots of money at good restaurants. It's nice to see smaller restaurants participating too. Very happy

I am really loving this app and account its fantastic!! Its easy to use, search for lots of restaurants available and use when paying for your bill. I am saving so much too its brilliant. Highly recommend.

Won't work? Won't accept my email- keeps telling me to enter email

Clunky, but seems to work. Managed to coax it into showing results for other than GPS location, but rather convoluted and unobvious, so not surprising that many people report problems in that regard. Rather bizarrely, the results listed differ to those on the web version - not just their ordering, but some establishments are missing from one list or the other altogether. Not tried booking yet, but will report as and when we give that bit a go. New version update: bizarrely removes search altogether...

Tried 4 times to install each time I got to open a message popped up to say the app had stopped working

Dreadful app. No matter how I try I can only get suggestions for my location. What use is that if I want to plan eating out when I'm staying away somewhere. Fail to understand how a high profile company can offer such a total waste of time app. A Hi Life Digital revolution? A Hi Life Digital joke more like!

On holiday, letter at home, so cannot use app as keeps requiring activation code even though already set app up with it in advance. Wont even search for restaurants in destination areas.

Paid my registration fee and the app works fine. I only signed up as it said there were several restaurants at my holiday location at which I could use it. This was untrue none of the ones listed for that area accepted it. I want a full refund from hi life

I can't even search. Just get white screen. Can't go back just comes out of the app completely. Shite.

Useless app with information too small and pale to use. Clumsy layout.

App doesn't really perform; only seems to work from your current location even though it allows you to enter different locations it doesn't work. very buggy.

Struggled to load it and exit it!! Gourmet society is much better

I like the idea but the app is not great, complicates what should be a simple process. Would rather just use the card.

New to Hi-Life(previously tastecard subscriber with no problems) The search isn't working even for the city I live in, let alone anywhere else. Please can you fix asap as before I'd travel to other parts of the UK I like to check out food establishments that accept the Diners cards . Many Thanks

Absolute rubbish - can't search anywhere but locality. Waste of time.

This app is very badly designed. If you press back button, it exits app, and is very slow too. Please upgrade it!!!

Has its bugs like any other app. Overall, the app is easy to use and little stress to load up the digital card when dining out

Search is useless

I would give it negative stars if that would be possible. It is really annoying, it pops up all the time asking for location. If you don't wantto activate your gps, or are simply in abad gps area, it won't let you do anything. Rubbish.
