I love this app, another great one from Sue and James. 4 different areas to work on but for me the Self Criticism and the Negative Thinking are fantastic. Really thought provoking. £4.99 well spent.

Boring app. I downloaded this at night and I slept as it was a big app. Now when I opened its useless to me. Kindly pls refund my money.

This app is great. Wasn't sure what to expect but certainly was expecting such a big impact from such a little app. Totally changed my thinking and I feel like the app is supporting every inch of the way. Simply to use out the effort in you will get the results out. Well worth the money I've seen lots of app claiming to help and be life enhancing and they are free but you pay nothing you get nothing im affraid. Go for it!!

I didn't know if my phone updated and my name accidentally came off, so I asked to reenter. But then I was denied again. After being denied, I looked at the count and saw there were a few other people that were taken off of it. This was a very nice program and everyone was very friendly. My mind is telling me that you only get 30 days to be in the with the group. At the same time I saw they were giving prizes away for females and only females chatting so not knowing if because I'm male.
