I will change my rating for your app, it is working just alright. Why is it when I first try to open it, it has a message saying Gemporia has stopped, do you want to close or report it. After I close, and click on the app again, it opens right away. That is quite peculiar.

Hate New version can't find my account or even the current item so much missing or hiding hate hate hate it.

Not sure what the heck is going on, but now I can't shop since this update. I can't search for anything and can't see ANY INVENTORY. Fix it! I shop a lot with you, or I'm done. ????

Would have given a higher rating if the app had worked. Able to watch the live shows BUT unable to purchase. You re-enter your login details and then it says that there is a problem. Wondering if updates have been made and caused more problems. Now going to uninstall this app.

This app used to be brilliant and I could buy my gems anytime of the day no matter where I was. Now since I've updated app I can't check out! Please sort this app or I will stop using it and I've been a customer for over 5 years..Gems TV sort it out!!!

I used to be able to buy on my phone but now it won't allow me to log in ???? missed out on a lovely amethyst bracelet due to this

The old version was great the new version doesn't work well, stalls a lot with the video feed. The auctions don't show all the current and previously shown jewelry. The wish list and basket are hard to access. Wish the new version worked as well as the old version

Previous application was great. I've bought more than 100 items, yor company trading policy is fantastic. Unfortunately this new version of the app is unusable, you must be loosing innumerable customers and unbelievable amounts of money. PLEASE SORT OUT THE PROBLEMS AND KEEP YOUR CUSTOMERS HAPPY

Still issues with video quality...and I don't think my messages get through to the studio any more and now the app keeps crashing! I am unable to see the "previously" images and "pre order" images ???? I would really like this app to have the search option that is on the website so that I can search for my own pieces ????

opened app and said update so i did .it now wont open and says to update which i already did .ive uninstalled and reinstalled but no joy.used to be a brilliant app.really disappointed as i did shop thru the app.could you please sort it.

It won't update. Won't buy from gems no more, this app is crap

Love this app but its now telling me it needs an update so go to play stor5 and no update available so now i cant use it how can i fix this????

Since update app not working correctly when I press check out the next page is blank and nothing loads I have tried reinstalling but still not working properly yet works on my kindle

Good application but video not always work.

OK so I took the drastic step of buying a new phone!... I see there has also been yet another update! So... new phone, new app it does seem to be running better...although my app video is about 8 seconds behind the TV broadcast. The price appears to change sooner on the app, so that's a bonus! Nocked a star off as there are still issues like not putting my choice in my basket. Usually is fixed by logging off then back on, sadly I lose the piece I was after I am size T/U so it's always a mad rush

Even with the choice of video quality, I'm still finding the streaming intermittent and pixelated... The different channels also seem to stream in different quality formats, no amount of adjusting the quality manually changes this either....also the preview photos of items won't show...

This app is a complete waste of time, there are only five boxes on the screen featuring only one item in each section, there is nowhere to be able to search for anything at all so just what is the point of it???, needless to say it is being uninstalled!!!!!!

Love the new my jewellery app, but much preffered the old version of this app. I've had to lower picture resolution, sometimes it plays a second in front of what's on your tv screen sometimes it's a couple of seconds behind, confusing. Doesn't seem to have the ability to preview whats on the carousel the way the old version did. Yes it takes up a lot less space but seems to sacrifice a lot.

Since update, the app constantly has a problem when it comes to purchase

Today I cannot view gemporia app at all on monday am - only the gemporia purple line at top of screen the rest of the page is blank/white. I am using the gemporia app on google play store for an android phone which had been fine upto 28/9 all other gems related apps are fine. I have uninstalled/reinstalled 3 times but no joy this is a new phone only had for 4 wks - just checked it again @ 7.30 pm seems okay now content is there
