SourcesPro is a genuinely unique, fun App for creating computer graphics images and animations. It allows you to combine simple geometric constructs (waves and repeating patterns) in various ways. Surprisingly complex (and often quite beautiful) things can emerge. (The background to the banner above was done with Sources.) It is deep, with countless possible permutations. It is an App to explore.It works on fairly modest phones and on large tablets.
To get an idea of the range of things that Sources can do (so far!) have a look at the galleries on the web site. See also the montage of images above. A full 58 examples are built in to the App to give you inspiration and show how certain effects can be achieved.
Of course, animation adds a whole other dimension - these images move! You can use the animation designs as live wallpers now, which is a load of fun, using the FREE SourcesWP - market://details?id=uk.co.fordartworks.SourcesPlayer. SourcesWP requires Android 4.0+.
Please note that it is possible to create moving/flashing patterns with the App when you animate. If you are susceptible to epilepsy caused by flashing lights, see the warning here http://www.fordartworks.co.uk/advice.htm#warning. This warning also comes up (by default) before the App starts. The App is designed to generate high quality image files (up 4000 pixels), so it can, of course, be used without making any use of the animation facility.

I have enjoyed using this app for a very long time! I should have taken the time to rate it long ago. I assumed such a great application would have had more downloads. Graphics possibilities are limitless. Used along with the Sources WP app, you can apply your design as a live wallpaper. I wish I could save to my video player, maybe I just don't know how. Highly recommend this product. Great for casting to TV at parties!

Like others before me have expressed, I too am astounded that this does not have more downloads. And I blame Google for this entirely. It's reknown for its search technology, but I find it astounding, also, that the Play Store does not facilitate its advanced search techniques which leaves gems like this hidden and unseen for long periods while "live" papers that constitute nothing more than a static image with floating particles get millions of downloads. Thank you very much, again, to the developer!

I'll get it figured out. I keep losing this app when I factory reset or get a new phone and it never shows in search. I'll just get lucky and stumble upon it. It took 4 months to find it this time.

The tutorials made the software easy to learn. My favorite thing to do is to throw a bunch of different things on the canvas and be stunned by the artwork. I make my own wallpapers for my phone now. And sometimes, friends at school would ask me to make wallpapers for them. Love it! :-) Oh and you should make a Google plus page where we share all of our creations. :-)

I'm absolutely shocked, just shocked, that this app only has 5 downloads currently. I think people must be confused about how truly amazing this app really is. For creating incredibly unique and breathtaking, pictures, wallpapers, whatever, there is nothing on the Market that even comes remotely close, to how brilliant this app is. I guess it just hasn't caught on yet, and it's one of those gems that most people haven't been fortunate enough to stumble upon yet. But don't let the lack of downloads fool you, this is a top tier, high quality application, and there really is nothing else like it on the Market. The results you can achieve here, literally seem endless! I implore the developer to not give up hope on this app yet, please. Each new update makes it that much more outstanding! Plus, I love the comprehensive tutorials in the app, they show you the amazing possibilities here. I know that once people wise up, and find out how insanely creative and feature-rich this app is, that it will just explode! I could only dream of drawing the pictures that I'm able to render in this app. I mean the artwork you create is something you'd pay a professional to create for you! 5*

No one can find you and that's why you aren't getting noticed. I told you this year's ago but you still dont have tags in your app so we can find you. I tried several version of your name - none worked except SourcesWP. Sources Pro didn't show up in search, Sources live Pro didn't show up and several other versions failed as well. This is an amazing app and if people knew it was here, your sales would go way up. I keep losing this app when I factory reset or get a new phone and it never shows in search.
